I never even heard the term when dealing with a bug before. So when I used fa2a3, they didn't know what I was talking about, and I had to use faga3 from now on.Hani Obaidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02030803365502348949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1297760825056187485.post-37245437624162435592008-01-12T17:25:00.000+02:002008-01-12T17:25:00.000+02:00Bilal, Hani,It is a sign of where you come from, t...Bilal, Hani,

It is a sign of where you come from, true and it is nothing to be ashamed of... but it was assigned to "fafies" because city people are usually more delicate in dealing with their daily problems... It was either 2al wu 2ulna or Kal wu kulna. When I came to Amman I got introduced to gal wu gulna.

It's like learning another language. The funny thing is my mind adapts automatically to whoever I'm speaking to, and starts speaking like them mostly because people used to the (heavy g) will often not understand the (light 2).

My colleague at work from zarga sometimes tells me when I talk to him that I sound exactly like someone from Zarga.

Another colleague gets upset by this and says I have to make up my mind and either use gulna or 2ulna.Hani Obaidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02030803365502348949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1297760825056187485.post-39442305362079266022008-01-12T09:37:00.000+02:002008-01-12T09:37:00.000+02:00Sa7, back in school and in the 7ara, i used to thi...Sa7, back in school and in the 7ara, i used to think that if u speak the 2al wo 2olna then u are a fafy and u should say gal. then, when i grow up i discovered that its related to from where u came from (City of Village or Desert even). So i refuse now to speak the gal and try always to be my self by the 2al:).
Now, seriously, this thing has a much much wider angle : We don't accept any body who is different, we should all wear the same clothes, eat the same things, talk in the same way and think in the same way, otherwise, we will be casted off.
this issue needs a post by it self, but to finish, i have to say that there is also the other extreme who accepts all differences and respect them even if they are so distorted and awful that they harm basic principles of our beliefs.Bilalٍhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15895174086265584892noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1297760825056187485.post-52081026597870096382008-01-12T09:24:00.000+02:002008-01-12T09:24:00.000+02:00Smile,Interesting...Smile,
Interesting...M Kilanyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09194666592921599900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1297760825056187485.post-52675099186392099352008-01-11T23:28:00.000+02:002008-01-11T23:28:00.000+02:00Generally (and don't call me a philosopher)and fro...Generally (and don't call me a philosopher)and from my little experience in this life i think that helping others is a helpful way for the improvement of ourselves :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1297760825056187485.post-78520007119434804512008-01-11T14:53:00.000+02:002008-01-11T14:53:00.000+02:00Smile,Thanks for the encouragement but I'm not the...Smile,
Thanks for the encouragement but I'm not the person to provide help for anyone...
