أحاول أفهم كيف تبرمج الناس ليصلوا لهذه الهمجية من ضرب العزل رجالا و نساءا و يفتخروا فيها بنفس الوقت و أحد

الحلول هو أنهم يصلون لقناعة بأن هذه الناس هي العدو الغاصب و كل ما تفعله فيهم بغض

النظر عن وحشيته هو أمر عادل و كأنك في حرب تماما بل و هو نصر يفتخر به... المشكلة ليست في الأفعال... المشكلة في القناعة الدافعة للأفعال... عذرا للعامية و لكن حتى تستطيع التخيل بشكل مؤلم أفضل

تخيل السيناريو التالي... النشامى قاعدين بسولفوا عن الدوار, شو قاعد بصير يا أبو

عواد... دخول الجاهل الكوندشن (لا يعلم و لم يرى من هم هؤلاء ال" 24 إشي" بسمع عنهم في التلفزيون)... يا رجال

هذول خوات التووووت بدهم يتمردوا على الملك بدهم يقلبوا البلد فوضى... بدهم يعطلوا

Does Jordan have optimal conditions? Does Egypt's new revolution follow the same path? I'm not sure but I don't know how Egypt was doing in the past few years. However, I find the below much more accurate in the case of Jordan.

Social scientists have determined that scarcity is a primary cause of political turmoil and violence. One of the most prominent speakers of this argument is James C. Davies, who states that:

"We are most likely to find revolutions where a period of improving economic and social conditions is followed by a short, sharp reversal in those conditions. Thus it is not the traditionally most downtrodden people - who have come to see their deprivation as part of the natural order of things - who are especially liable to revolt. Instead, revolutionaries are more likely to be those who have been given at least some taste of a better life. When the economic and social improvements they have experienced and come to expect suddenly become less available, they desire them more than ever and often rise up violently to secure them."

Davies has gathered persuasive evidence for his novel thesis from a range of revolutions, revolts and internal wars, including the French, Russian and Egyptian revolutions - (of course not the one we are witnessing as the book was first published in 1984) - as well as such domestic uprisings as Dorr's Rebillion in nineteenth-century Rhode Island, the American Civil War, and the urban black riots of the 1960's.

In each case, a time of increasing well-being preceded a tight cluster of reversals that burst into violence.

"Freedoms once granted will not be relinquished without a fight".

"We should not be surprised, then, when research shows that parents who enforce discipline inconsistently produce generally rebellious children."

I have read this book in July 2010, and we were witnessing exactly what I was reading all over the world, I said to myself... there are so many other factors to be looked at but its a good point to remember.

Couple this with a very interesting part on authority figures and its influence you get an understanding of how can a policeman stand in the face of his fellow citizens and beat the hell out of them... I will get to this point later on.

هل تعلم أنه يسن التكبير "المطلق"- لم أكن أعرف ما هو قبل اليوم- إبتداءا من غروب الأمس و ذلك عند دخول شهر ذي الحجة (أي من غروب شمس آخر يوم من شهر ذي القعدة) إلى آخر يوم من أيام التشريق (وذلك بغروب شمس اليوم الثالث عشر من شهر ذي الحجة).ه

التكبير في عيد الأضحى نوعان: تكبير مطلق، وتكبير مقيد.

فالتكبير المطلق يجوز من أول ذي الحجة إلى أيام العيد.. له أن يكبر في الطرقات وفي الأسواق، وفي منى، ويلقي بعضهم بعضًا فيكبر الله. وفي خصائِص هذه العشر فضيلةُ الإكثار من التهليل والتكبيرِ والتحميد، أخرجَ الطبرانيّ في الكبير بإسنادٍ جيّد من حديث ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله: «ما مِن أيّام أعظمُ عند الله ولا أحبّ إلى الله العملُ فيهنّ من أيّام العشر، فأكثِروا فيهنّ من التسبيح والتحميد والتهليل والتكبير»، قال البخاريّ في صحيحه: "كان ابن عمر وأبو هريرة رضي الله عنهما يخرجان إلى السّوق في أيّام العشر يكبِّران، ويكبِّر الناس بتكبيرهما" انتهى. ه

وأما التكبير المقيد فهو ما كان عقب الصلوات الفرائض، وخاصة إذا أديت في جماعة، كما يشترط أكثر الفقهاء. وكذلك في مصلى العيد.. في الطريق إليه، وفي الجلوس فيه، على الإنسان أن يكبر، ولا يجلس صامتاً.. سواء في عيد الفطر، أو عيد الأضحى. لأنّ هذا اليوم ينبغي أن يظهر فيه شعائر الإسلام.ه

يبدأ من فجر يوم عرفة إلى غروب شمس آخر أيام التشريق - بالإضافة إلى التكبير المطلق - فإذا سَلَّم من الفريضة واستغفر ثلاثاً وقال: ((اللهم أنت السلام ومنك السلام تباركت يا ذا الجلال والإكرام)) بدأ بالتكبير. هذا لغير الحاج، أمّا الحاج فيبدأ التكبير المقيد في حقه من ظهر يوم النحر. والله أعلم

اختلف العلماء في صفته على أقوال:

الأول: ((الله أكبر.. الله أكبر.. لا إله إلاّ الله، الله أكبر.. الله أكبر.. ولله الحمد)).

الثاني: ((الله أكبر.. الله أكبر.. الله أكبر.. لا إله إلاّ الله، الله أكبر.. الله أكبر.. الله أكبر.. ولله الحمد)).

الثالث: ((الله أكبر.. الله أكبر.. الله أكبر.. لا إله إلاّ الله، الله أكبر.. الله أكبر.. ولله الحمد)).

والأمر واسع في هذا لعدم وجود نص عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يحدد صيغة معينة.

كذا هذه الصيغ تقال في التكبير المطلق أيام العشر والعيد والتكبير المقيد بعقب الصلوات.

أقدامك تؤلمك مع كل خطوة تخطوها في حذاء يشقق أسفل قدميك بثقله و لكن عليك أن تمشي باتجاه ما قد ينهي حياتك على هذه الأرض... تتجنب أن تصدر أي صوت خشية أن تطلق عليك النيران... لم تستحم منذ أيام و قد علا وجهك غبار و جراح... و تحس بطعم التراب في كل جرعة ماء و إذا توضأت لم تجد إلا ماء باردا يكاد يجمد أطرافك... تخشى أن تغمض جفنك مع أنك تكاد تسقط من الإعياء... تواجه الموت كل لحظة ترى أصدقاء يموتون و لا تعلم ماذا يفعل أهلك في بلاد أخرى و هل سترى إبنتك تكبر أم هل ستقبل يد أمك مرة أخرى و كل ذلك في سبيل الله إبتغاءا لمرضاة الله... كم سيكون الأجر عظيما عند الله... تخيل أن هناك عملا أعظم من ذلك كله بين يديك الآن... العمل الصالح في هذه الأيام خير من الجهاد في سبيل الله... نعم الأيام العشر من ذي الحجة التي نمر بآخر أيامها لها كل ذلك الفضل و لا يكافيء العمل الصالح فيها إلا من خرج في سبيل الله بنفسه وماله ثم لم يرجع من ذلك بشيء!!! ...ه

أيامنا هذه التي أقسم بها الله في سورة الفجر {وَالْفَجْرِ(1) وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ(2)} أيام للخير فيها أمر عجيب فقيل هي خير أيام السنة لحديث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : «ما من أيام العمل الصالح فيها أحب إلى الله من هذه الأيام - يعني أيام العشر - قالوا: يا رسول الله، ولا الجهاد في سبيل الله؟ قال: ولا الجهاد في سبيل الله، إلاّ رجل خرج بنفسه وماله ثم لم يرجع من ذلك بشيء» [رواه البخاري]. كلما نظرت في هذا الأمر وجدت نفسي مقصرا

فهذه أيام عمل الخير فيها أعظم من الجهاد!!! باستثناء من خسر كل ما يملك في سبيل الله... ياه كم ضيعنا مما مضى من عشر...بعد كل هذا من يصلي الفجر... من يصوم... يتصدق... أعاننا الله

Friday speech is a totally different experience in Khalda's Mos3ab Ibn Omair Mosque ... Dr. Eyad Al-Qunaibi is a man worthy of listening to ...

It is really sad that there are so few Imam's like Dr. Eyad as most preachers usually bore the death out of people with their read aloud "out of focus" khotbas that are poorly presented with the same content over and over again...

It's Ramadan, the last ten days of Ramadan are getting into me and I saw very very impressive Videos... The speaker is one of the few that grab my attention and has a subtle mesmerizing way of presenting what he obviously loves and the subject that he tackles is huge its "Literary Aspects of the Quran" add to that the fact that Arabic is not his mother tongue and was not born in an Arabic speaking family...

He probes the power of the Quran in its original wording and touches on how miraculous it is by its own wording... The beauty of his work is that it is addressed non-Arabic speaking audience and he does a very good job at it...

Listen to this guy Arabic or not he is unbelievable and by the way... He travelled the road from Muslim to Atheist to Muslim as well and speaks of his experience on "The Deen Show"... I'll post a link about it in another post soon... But this is one of the best I have ever heard Arabic speaking or not this is something worth your while...

Commander Marcos from Mexico Talks to the People of Gaza

Ever heard of The Zapatista Army of National Liberation, well, Gaza seems to have caught the attention of Commander Marcos in a very interesting letter that is translated into Arabic on Aljazeera.net

Subcomandante Marcos,[1] also known as Delegado Cero in matters concerning the Other Campaign, describes himself as the spokesman for the Mexican rebel movement, the Zapatista Army of National Liberation (EZLN). He is also an author, political poet, and outspoken opponent of globalization, capitalism and neo-liberalism. The internationally known guerrillero has been described as a "new"[2] and "postmodern"[3] Che Guevara.
The nick-name "Marcos" is the name of a friend killed at a military road checkpoint.[4] It is not, as presumed, an intentional nominal acrostic of the communities where the EZLN first rose in arms: Las Margaritas, Amatenango del Valle, La Realidad, Comitán, Ocosingo, and San Cristóbal.

Background
The Mexican government alleges Marcos to be Rafael Sebastián Guillén Vicente, of Tampico, Tamaulipas. Born in Mexico to Spanish immigrants, Guillén attended high school at Instituto Cultural Tampico, a Jesuit school in Tampico, where he presumably became acquainted with Liberation Theology.[5][6] Guillén later moved to Mexico City where he graduated from the Metropolitan Autonomous University (UAM), then received a master's degree in philosophy at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and began work as a professor at the UAM, after which he left. While Marcos has always denied being Rafael Guillén, Guillén's family are unaware of what happened to him and they refuse to say if they think Marcos and Guillén are the same person or not. Guillén's family is deeply involved in Tamaulipas politics. Guillén's sister, Mercedes del Carmen Guillén Vicente, is the Attorney General of the State of Tamaulipas, and a very influential member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party, the party that governed Mexico for more than 70 years. During the Great March to Mexico City in 2001, Marcos visited the UNAM and during his speech he made clear that he had at least been there before.[7][8][9]
Like many of his generation, Guillén was radicalized by the events of 1968 and became a militant in a Maoist organization known as the National Liberation Forces. However, the encounter with the outlook of the indigenous peasants of Chiapas, the political struggles within the FLN, and out of the failure of the Chipas uprising, he has embraced an approach to social revolution that has important parallels to the theories of Antonio Gramsci, which were popular in Mexico during his time at the university.
When asked about his first days in Chiapas in the documentary A Place Called Chiapas, Marcos said:
Imagine a person who comes from an urban culture. One of the world’s biggest cities, with a university education, accustomed to city life. It’s like landing on another planet. The language, the surroundings are new. You’re seen as an alien from outer space. Everything tells you: “Leave. This is a mistake. You don’t belong in this place.” And it’s said in a foreign tongue. But they let you know, the people, the way they act; the weather, the way it rains; the sunshine; the earth, the way it turns to mud; the diseases; the insects; homesickness. You’re being told. “You don’t belong here.” If that’s not a nightmare, what is?
Also in this documentary by Nettie Wild, one is allowed to listen to the powerful rhetoric of the Zapatistas. This is conducted in Spanish, not the native Mayan tongues. With only his eyes and pipe being visible he addresses the film maker: "It is our day, day of the dead". Marcos reveals the Zapatista belief that he is a dead-man and so are the Zapatistas
Much of his writings – articles, poems, speeches and letters – have been compiled into a book: Our Word is Our Weapon. In 2005 he wrote a novel called The Uncomfortable Dead, in conjunction with crime writer Paco Ignacio Taibo II.

Political and philosophical writings
From 1992 through 2006, Marcos wrote more than 200 essays and stories and published 21 books in a total of at least 33 editions, amply documenting his political and philosophical views (see Bibliography). The essays and stories are recycled in the books. Marcos tends to prefer indirect expression; his writings are often fables. Some, however, are earthy and direct. In a January 2003, letter to Euskadi Ta Askatasuna (the Basque ETA), titled "I shit on all the revolutionary vanguards of this planet," Marcos says "We teach [children of the EZLN] that there are so many words like colors and that there are so many thoughts because within them is the world where words are born...And we teach them to speak the truth, that is to say, to speak with their hearts."[10]
One of Marcos's most widely known books, La Historia de los Colores, is a story written for children. Based on a Mayan creation myth, it teaches tolerance and respect for diversity.[11] The book was to have been published in English translation with support from the U.S. National Endowment for the Arts, but in 1999 the Endowment abruptly cancelled its grant after questions to its chairman, William J. Ivey, from a newspaper reporter.[12][13] The Lannan Foundation stepped in with support after the NEA withdrew.[14]
Although Marcos's political philosophy has sometimes been characterized as "Marxist," his broadly populist writings concentrate on unjust treatment of people by both business and the State, giving Zapatista ideology a strong anarchist tinge. In a well known 1992 essay, Marcos begins each of his five "chapters" in a characteristic style of complaint:[15]
"This chapter tells how the supreme government was affected by the poverty of the Indigenous peoples of Chiapas and endowed the area with hotels, prisons, barracks, and a military airport. It also tells how the beast feeds on the blood of the people, as well as other miserable and unfortunate happenings...A handful of businesses, one of which is the Mexican State, takes all the wealth out of Chiapas and in exchange leave behind their mortal and pestilent mark."
"This chapter tells the story of the Governor, an apprentice to the viceroy, and his heroic fight against the progressive clergy and his adventures with the feudal cattle, coffee and business lords."
"This chapter tells how the viceroy had a brilliant idea and put this idea into practice. It also tells how the Empire decreed the death of socialism, and then put itself to the task of carrying out this decree to the great joy of the powerful, the distress of the weak and the indifference of the majority."
"This chapter tells how dignity and defiance joined hands in the Southeast, and how Jacinto Pe'rez's phantoms run through the Chiapaneco highlands. It also tells of a patience that has run out and of other happenings which have been ignored but have major consequences."
"This chapter tells how the dignity of the Indigenous people tried to make itself heard, but its voice only lasted a little while. It also tells how voices that spoke before are speaking again today and that the Indians are walking forward once again but this time with firm footsteps."
The elliptical, ironic and romantic style of Marcos's writings may be a way of keeping a distance from the painful circumstances that he reports and protests. In any event, his huge output of words has a purpose, as stated in a 2002 book title, Our Word is Our Weapon.[16][17]

In a widely noted article by Marcos, the Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional (EZLN) announced "La Otra Campaña" / "The Other Campaign" in June 2005, at the start of campaigns for the Mexican elections of 2006.[18] The EZLN does not intend to run or promote candidates. Instead it calls for a new constitution prohibiting privatization of public resources and providing autonomy for an estimated 57 indigenous populations. More than 900 organizations have joined The Other Campaign.[19] The Other Campaign also announced what could be a temporary reorganization of the EZLN, closing the caracoles / councils, urging international supporters to leave those areas, closing the EZLN information center in San Cristóbal de Las Casas and working in a "clandestine and nomadic manner."[20]
On January 1, 2006, Marcos began a tour of all 31 Mexican states. In an interview several years before, Marcos explained his attitude toward the Mexican government:[21]
"The State Party System is corrupt, it is involved in drug trafficking, it has a wake of deceit, of lies, and of loss of legitimacy with the Mexican nation."
He travelled on a black motorbike in remembrance of Che Guevara's 1952 journey through South America, immortalized in the slain revolutionary's personal memoir entitled The Motorcycle Diaries.[22] During the tour, he also has changed his name to "Delegado Cero" / "Delegate Zero." He appeared on Mexican national television on Tuesday, May 9, 2006. Commenting on a riot that began after police tried to evict flower sellers from their stalls in the town of Texcoco, widely reported in Mexico,[23] Marcos said, "The state police have always been distinguished by their brutality...Enter the state police, and things get out of hand. Enter the federal government, and things get out of hand, and one creates this atmosphere of repression."[24]
Marcos and other EZLN spokespersons reject as models what they view as neoliberal regimes in South America, including the governments in Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay and Bolivia as of 2006, claiming that these governments did not and will not deliver meaningful changes. As potential leadership for Mexico, they say, in particular, that a government headed by Partido de la Revolución Democrática (PRD) candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador would resemble that of former president Carlos Salinas de Gortari and would refuse to abandon policies imposed by the World Bank, the World Trade Organization and the United States. The "Town Meeting" style of The Other Campaign, scheduled for January through July 2006, has had some effect on López Obrador, the former mayor of Mexico City and presidential candidate, who campaigned in Chiapas during December, 2005.[25] Marcos never endorsed López Obrador and rebuked the entire electoral system.

A full army is mobilized to attack 1.5 million Israelis living in the most crowded Ghetto on earth... Just imagine that the attack on Gaza is happening in the same exact circumstances but with different sides... Just imagine... The Israelis are under attack in Gaza and this massacre starts...

Imagine that in two and a half weeks 300 Israeli kids are killed, 100 women, 100 old man, 500 men, half of them are civilians, 3,000 Injured... The killings also include Medics and reporters... ambulances are bombed, UN safe havens attacked with missiles... 120 civilians are gathered by the unhuman army in a building, told not to leave and the next day they are bombarded with artillery and tanks, leaving 30 killed and many injured... many many sad stories are still to be told... while others are recorded...

And, why is this attack happening because after a 2 year old siege were Arabs are not allowing medical supplies, fuel and food into this crowded Ghetto... oooh, there was a retaliation, home made rockets are launched to defy the siege and the injustice... where are they fired at? at the stolen lands of Israel... oh those Ghetto residents used to live there, some still remember the way to the orchards, but that is not the case... Those rockets now threaten the new settlers in those occupied lands...

I try to imagine... the first thing that comes to my mind is the number of battle ships heading towards Palestine... Armies moving to aid the Israelis against this savage army...

Border crossings opened, air raids from the nearest airport... Threats from supreme powers... economic sanctions... International War Crime committees... Long range missiles pouring in on the attacking army...

And I wonder why we still can't through out a few ambassadors and start economic sanctions... why it is much easier for the west, to come to the rescue of complete JEWISH strangers?! Most Importantly is why can't we do the same for those that share with us, language, religion, family ties, humanity and OPPRESSION?!

Are we sooooo morally corrupt that we cannot stand up next to our brothers when they are butchered, next to our children when they are slain while others will stand firm for a bunch of dollars and oil barrels...

لا يزال في الأزهر علماء يخشون الله و إن كان صوتهم لا يصل إلينا دائما

بيان من جبهة علماء الأزهر: إلى الذين أكلوا بدماء الفلسطينيين حتى تَخِموا ثم خذلوهم"

عن المُستورد بن شدَّاد أنّ النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «من أكل برجلٍ مسلم أَكلةً فإن الله يطعمه مثلها في جهنم، ومن كُسي ثوبا برجل مسلم فإنّ الله يكسوه مثله من جهنم، ومن قام برجل مقام سمعة ورياء فإنّ الله يقوم به مقام سُمعةٍ ورياء يوم القيامة». [رواه أبو داود، (4883)، وصصحه الألباني في صحيح سنن الترمذي، (4881)].

رذائل ثلاث اجتمعت في حق كل من ولي بحق الدفاع عن أعراض المسلمين وظيفة ثم خانها، واستحل ما يأتيه من مال أو دنيا على هذه الخيانة، وكذا من يطيع بحكم عمله سادته ورؤساءه في حصار ومحاصرة والتضييق على المجاهدين وتخذيلهم؛ طمعًا في علاوة وحرصًا على دنيا هي عن قريب زائلة (وفي الآخرة) بعد الخزي في الدنيا (عذاب شديد).

فإذا كانت الأكلة والكساء تعني كل راتب وعلاوة ودرجة مالية؛ فإنّ التسميع والرياء يعني ماتقوم به آلة الإعلام الكاذبة الخادعة نحو المجاهدين وأحكامهم وحقوقهم وحرماتهم.

عن جابر وأبي طلحة النصاري رضي الله عنهما قالا: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «ما من امرئ يخذُلُ مسلمًا في موطن يُنتقصُ فيه من عِرضه ،ويُنتهكُ فيه من حُرمته إلاّ خَذله الله في موطن يُحبُّ فيه نُصرته، وما من امرئ ينصر مسلمًا في موطن يُنْتقصُ فيه من عرضه، وينتهك فيه من حرمته إلاّ نصره الله في موطن يُحبُّ فيه نُصرته». [رواه أبو داود، (4886)، وضعفه الألباني في ضعيف الترغيب والترهيب، (1353)].

إنّ هذه الصورة من صور التخذيل، وإن كانت أقبحها فهي كبيرة من الكبائر لا يقبل الله معها عذرًا، ولايقيم لأهلها وزنًا، لا يقبل منهم صرفًا ولا عدلًا، يقول الحافظ ابن حجر: "من الكبائر ترك الجهاد عند تعينه بأن دخل الحربيون دار الإسلام أو أخذوا مسلمًا، وترك النّاس الجهاد من أصله، وترك أهل الإقليم تحصين ثغورهم بحيث يُخاف عليها من استيلاء الكفار بسبب ترك ذلك التحصين".

قال العلماء: "والتخلف عن الجهاد هو أن يتقاعس المسلم ويتأخر عن استفراغ وُسعه في مدافعة العدو من الكفار والمشركين، الأمر الذي يفضح الله به حقيقة صاحبه ويجمع به عليه عذاب الدنيا والآخرة".

أخرج أحمد والطبراني عن سهل بن حنيف رضي الله عنه أنّه قال: «من أُذِلَّ عِنده مؤمنٌ فلم ينصُرْْه وهو قادر على أن يَنصُرَهُ، أذلَّه الله عز وجل على رؤوس الخلائق يوم القيامة». [ضعفه الألباني في السلسلة الضعيفة، (2402)].

عن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه: "أنَّ رجالًا من المنافقين على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، كان إذا خرج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى الغزو تخلَّفوا عنه، وفرِحوا بمقعدهم خِلاف رسول الله، فإذا قدِم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اعتذروا إليه، وحلفوا، وأحبوا أن يُحمدوا بما لم يفعلوا فنزلت {لا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ يَفْرَحُونَ بِمَا أَتَوْا وَيُحِبُّونَ أَنْ يُحْمَدُوا بِمَا لَمْ يَفْعَلُوا فَلا تَحْسَبَنَّهُمْ بِمَفَازَةٍ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ} [آل عمران: 188]" [رواه البخاري، (4567)]، إنّه نموذج من نماذج البشرية يقتات الجبن والادعاء دائمًا، يتوعده الله جل جلاله، الله مالك السموات والأرض، القادر على كل شيء بالهلاك والخزي بعد الدمار، فأين المفازة له.

إنّ هذه الأمة يغسل الله عارها اليوم بدماء شهدائها، فلا تلوثوا أنفسكم بانصرافكم عن متابعة أخباره وأخبار أهله إلى متابعة الرخيص من مناكر الأقوال والأفعال فتُحرَموا شرف التطهر به.

يقول الحق جل جلاله: {فَقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ لا تُكَلَّفُ إِلَّا نَفْسَكَ وَحَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَسَى اللَّهُ أَنْ يَكُفَّ بَأْسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَاللَّهُ أَشَدُّ بَأْساً وَأَشَدُّ تَنْكِيلاً} [النساء: 84].

قاتل في سبيل الله إذا تعينت المقاتلة سبيلًا لأداء الحق، والدفاع عن الحرمات، قاتل ولو كنت وحدك، فليس عليك إلاّ نفسك، قاتل وحرِّض المؤمنين، والتحريض هو الحثُّ والإحماء، والتحريض فريضة كفريضة القتال سواء بسواء، لا يؤتي أُكَلَه إذا كان القلب بالفنون الهابطة وأمثالها من المحرمات فاسدًا.

وإذا كان لكل فريضة شروط لا تصح بدونها، وأركان لا تتحقق إلاّ باستيفائها، فإنّ من شروط سلامة سلاح التحريض ـ وهو ليس بالأمر الهيِّن إذا صدقت عنده وله العزائم، وهي كلها ممكنة لكل غيورـ، مخاصمة معالم العبث، و اللهو، وأنديتها، وقنواتها، ومجالسها، وأصحابها.

فإنّ ذلك كله ممّا يتَوَسَّلُ به عدوُّنا للنفاذ به إلى قلوبنا، مع غيره من المعاصي والمخالفات من مثل تحليل الحرام، وتجريم أداء الواجبات، وتحريم الحلال، ومن ثم تصرف الهمم عن معالي الأمور بسفسافها وقبائحها،واستباحة المحرمات، فإنّ الرجاء في الله لا يستقيم مع المحادة له، والانصراف عنه، والانشغال بما يفسد القلوب ويسكر العقول، ويعطل المواهب، ويلغي معالم الشريعة الحقة، وبذلك تستحق الأمة كلها ما لايليق إلاّ بعدوها من ضربها بالذل والهوان.

عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إذا تبايعتم بالعينة، وأخذتم أذناب البقر، ورضيتم بالزرع، وتركتم الجهاد، سلط الله عليكم ذُلًا لاينزعه؛ حتى ترجعوا إلى دينكم». [رواه أبو داود، (3464)، وصححه الألباني في صحيح سنن أبي داود، (3462)].

والعيْنةُ نوعٌ من أنواع الاحتيال على إباحة الرّبا، بأن يبيع شيئًا من غيره بثمن مؤجل، ويسلمه إلى المشتري، ثم يشتريه قبل قبض الثمن بثمن أقل من ذلك القدر يدفعه نقدًا، ويبقى الباقي على المشتري الأول في الذمة.

وهو أقل قبحًا ممّا يدعو إليه الآن وفي هذا الظرف أحد المتفيهقين من إباحة فوائد وربا البنوك بعد أن قال بتحريمها من قبل، وفي هذا الوقت! وبعد أن خرص هو ومن معه عن الحديث عن حق المستضعفين في غزة إلاّ من عبارة أتت منه على استحياء، لاتقدم ولا تؤخر منه لا من شيخه، وبعد أن هُتِك سترُ الفائدة، ولم يعد يخفى على أحد ما جرَّتْه على العالمين من ويلات وكوارث يأتي المتفيهق ليقول بتحليل خبيثها.

إنّ الشيخ وشيخه لايغيب عنهما حقيقة المعركة، فالمعركة ليست معركة أسلحة وخيل ورجال وعدة وعتاد، وتدبيرحربي فحسب، بل إنّها معركة تشمل الأحكام والقوانين، وتدور رحاها في القلب والضمير مع الأوضاع التنظيمية، والسياسات التعليمية، والعسكرية، والاقتصادية، ولأمر ما لم يخف على الشيخين جعلَ الله حديثه عن الرّبا يأتي عقب حديثه عن فضله على المسلمين في معركة بدر في سورة آل عمران، لأنّ النصر لايأتي على أمة لاتُحَرِّم ما حرَّم الله قال تعالى: {ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَرِهُوا مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَالَهُمْ} [محمد:9]، وهذا هو حديث الله عن الرّبا لا حديث المتفيهق.

{إِذْ تَقُولُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَلَنْ يَكْفِيَكُمْ أَنْ يُمِدَّكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ بِثَلاثَةِ آلافٍ مِنَ الْمَلائِكَةِ مُنْزَلِينَ (124) بَلَى إِنْ تَصْبِرُوا وَتَتَّقُوا وَيَأْتُوكُمْ مِنْ فَوْرِهِمْ هَذَا يُمْدِدْكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ بِخَمْسَةِ آلافٍ مِنَ الْمَلائِكَةُ مُسَوِّمِينَ (125) وَمَا جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بُشْرَى لَكُمْ وَلِتَطْمَئِنَّ قُلُوبُكُمْ بِهِ وَمَا النَّصْرُ إِلَّا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ (126) لِيَقْطَعَ طَرَفاً مِنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَوْ يَكْبِتَهُمْ فَيَنْقَلِبُوا خَائِبِينَ (127) لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ (128) وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ يَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ (129) يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَأْكُلُوا الرِّبا أَضْعَافاً مُضَاعَفَةً وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ (130) وَاتَّقُوا النَّارَ الَّتِي أُعِدَّتْ لِلْكَافِرِينَ (131) وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ} [آل عمران: 124- 132].

ولهذا لم يكن غريبًا أن يأتي الشيخ الآن والأمة كلها في حالة هذا الزحف الشرعي الذي يُفرض فيه الصمت عن كل حديث غير الحديث عن الجهاد ودواعيه، فإذا به يسعى في غضب الله بتحليل ماحرَّم الله، ويدعَ الحديث عن فريضة الجهاد لأنّ شيخه إلى الآن لايزال يجهل أنّ غزة محاصرة!

أخرج الطبراني بإسناد حسن عن أبي بكر رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:«ما ترك قوم الجهاد إلاّ ذلُّوا».

عن أبي أمامة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «من لم يغزُ، أو يجهِّز غازيًا، أو يخلُف غازيا في أهله بخيرً أصابه الله بقارعة قبل يوم القيامة». [رواه أبو داود، (2505)، وحسنه الألباني في صحيح الترغيب والترهيب، (1391)]، وما أكثر القوارع الفاضحات التي نزلت ولا تزال تنزل في الأهل، والشرف، والمال، وقد لُوِّثت بها عرصات المحاكم وموجات الأثير.

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «من مات ولم يغز، ولم يُحدِّث به نفسه مات على شعبة من شعب النفاق». [رواه مسلم، (5040)].

إنّ استنهاض الهمم، واستجاشة العزائم للجهاد فريضة من الله تعالى على كل مسلم، لا يعذر فيها أحد، لأنّ كلفتها غير شاقة، ونتائجها إن شاء الله ليست بالضعيفة، فالمؤمنون به أكفاء لعدو الله وعدوهم، لأنّ أعداءهم قوم لا يفقهون {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ حَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَى الْقِتَالِ إِنْ يَكُنْ مِنْكُمْ عِشْرُونَ صَابِرُونَ يَغْلِبُوا مِائَتَيْنِ وَإِنْ يَكُنْ مِنْكُمْ مِائَةٌ يَغْلِبُوا أَلْفاً مِنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لا يَفْقَهُونَ}[لأنفال: 65].

فالفئة المؤمنة هي التي تفقه، تفقه الحقائق، وتدرك معنى الإيمان، فتستعلي به، وتخِفَّ له، وتدعوا ولو بدمائها وأشلائها إليه، وتثق في موعود الله تعالى لها {إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ} [غافر:51].

ومن هذا الفقه يأتي رعاية حقِّ التحريض، والإعداد المناسب له، ومطاردة مفسداته من الركون إلى مواطن العبث، والإخلاد إلى أسباب الدعة، تلك المفسدات التي يزينها شياطين الساسة، ويروجها أبالسة المتفيهقين، فينتج عن ذلك أشرُّ أنواع العبوديات، عبودية القلب لمطالب الهوى وجنوده، فيضيع بذلك الرجاء في الله، لأنّ الذنوب والسيئات تضر الإنسان أعظم ممّا تضره السموم. [مجموع الفتاوى 8/ 348].

إنّ الحرية هي حرية القلب من سلطان الأهواء، وغلبة الذنوب، وقهر المطامع الرخيصة، وذل المناصب والألقاب التي أتتهم بغير رصيد.

يقول الإمام الشافعي رضي الله عنه: "أَمَتُّ مطامعي فأرحتُ نفسي فإنّ النفس ما طمعت تهون والقلب المشغول بالمعاصي قلب مسترق، لا تدعه المعاصي وحيدًا بغير أن تشغله بأخواتها، وتحبب إليه الفجور الذي فيه هلاكه وضياعه وضياع من معه".

يقول الإمام ابن القيم: "تزوجت الحقيقة الكافرة بالبدعة الفاجرة فتولد منهما خسران الدنيا والآخرة".

وقال شيخه ابن تيمية: "تزوجت بدعة الأقوال ببدعة الأفعال، فاشتغل الزوجان بالعرس، فلم يفجأ المسلمين إلاّ أولاد الزنا يعيثون في بلاد الإسلام، تضج منهم البلاد والعباد". [مدارج السالكين 1/175].

ومن هذا المنبت الخبيث تأتي الثعالب وتتوالد الخفافيش، الخفافيش التي يقتلها دائما النور، ويُحييها الظلام، فلا تفتأ تتخابث وتمكر، استكبارًا في الأرض، وعبثًا بالحق، واستمتاعًا برضاب الآثمين، ومثلها إن مُكِّن لها ـ ولا يكون إلاّ عن غفلة من الأمة وتقصير ـ لا يخرج منها إلاّ الرخيص من الأفعال، والساقط من منكر الأقوال وزورها، ممّا يُفسد على فريضة التحريضِ عملها، ويُبْطِلُ سعي المُحَرِّضين في تحريضهم.

فليس يصلح عليها التَلّبُسُ بشيء من مسكرات الفنون، ومخدرات العصبيات التي بالغوا فيها حتى استنبتوا بها في الأمة كل مسترذل ومستقبح، وفضحت به المعالم، وسقطت الأقدار.

يقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما أخرجه البخاري في صحيحه عن أنس رضي الله عنه:«المنافقون ليس لهم همٌّ إلاّ أنفُسهم، أجبنُ قومٍ وأَرغبُه، وأخذلُه للحق». [رواه الترمذي، (3279)، وصححه الألباني في صحيح جامع الترمذي، (3008)].

نُعيذ أمتنا بالله أن يكون فيها من يرضى لنفسه بالهوان، "فإنّ شرَّ النّاس من ينصرُ الظلومَ ويخُذلُ المظلوم" فاحتسبوا أنفسكم أيّها المسلمون جميعا على الله، لاتحرموا أنفسكم شرف الشهادة بطلبها، وأخذ الأهبة لها كما قال أمير المؤمنين عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه: "كرُم المؤمن تقواه، ودينُه حسَبُه، ومروءتُهُ خُلُقُه، والجبانُ يَفِرُّ عن أمه وأبيه، والجريء يقاتل عما لايؤوب به إلى رحله، والقتلُ حَتْفٌ من الحُتُوف، والشهيد من احتسب نفسه على الله".

{فاتقوا الله وأطيعون (150) وَلا تُطِيعُوا أَمْرَ الْمُسْرِفِينَ (151) الَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلا يُصْلِحُونَ}[الشعراء: 150ـ 152].

حسني مبارك و حكومته هما عنوان الغضب الشعبي... ولكن ذلك يصل مشوها إلى مسامع المصريين فأغلب ما يصل إليهم هو غضب العرب و المسلمين من مصر و هناك فارق كبير بين أن تكره الحكومة و أن تكره مصرو الإعلام الرسمي يلعب لعبة قذرة... فأحب ما يصل إلى أسماع الإسرائيليين هو الفرقة و الكراهية بين الشعوب العربية...و خصوصا مصر فهم يحاولون عزلها منذ كامب ديفيد لما يعلمون من ثقلها في العالم العربي و الإسلامي فلم تحرر القدس في زمن من الأزمان إلا بتوحد مصر و الشام خلف راية واحدة...ه

و جهود المفرقين لا تزال تصب لعزل مصر عن محيطها فمن المطالبين بالعودة إلى الأصل الفرعوني و نبذ كلمة عربي إلى الإستغلال المسموم من الصحافة و الأبواق الرسمية التي تستمر في تصوير النزاع على أنه نزاع بين الشعوب و المصالح و للأسف يقع الكنير من المتحمسين لغزة في فخ تمزيق الأمة فترى من يسب و يشتم مصر و كلنا يعلم أن ما يميز الشعب المصري هو إنتماؤه و اعتزازه الشديد بمصر بحضارتها و تاريخها و من المعلوم أنك إذا أردت أن تخسر مصريا فلا تشتم أباه و لا أقاربه كل ما عليك هو أن تشتم مصر... ه

المتظاهرون عادة ما يكونون مشحونون بالعواطف إلى أقصى الحدود و بحاجة إلى أي هدف يوجهون كل غضبهم إليه و منهم مختلف طبقات المجتمع من المثقفين إلى الجاهلين إلى أقصى الدرجات و الإعلام المدسوس ينتظر بفارغ الصبر أي حدث أهوج تصفق له الجماهير ليدس سمه لتفريق الأمة فيجب علينا أن نكون أكثر حذرا في كل كلمة تقال و تكتب فللأسف جزء كبير من المصريين اليوم يكررون عبارات مثل :"بدل مطالبة مصر بفتح المعبر طالبوا حكوماتكم بالجهاد و فتح الجبهات"... و كأننا نتبارى فيمن يمكنه إيقاع اللوم أكثر على الطرف المقصر... ه

الدول العربية كلها مقصرة مهما بذلت من جهد طالما أن إخوانهم يذبحون و الجيوش تتصرف و كأن همها حماية الحكام لا الشعوب و خصوصا الدول التي تشترك بالحدود مع إسرائيل و لا عذر لها و لكن كلاما يقال من جمهور من المثقفين المصريين كهذا لا يصدر إلا من شخص يعتقد أن الآخرين يلومونه و يحاولون أن يعلقوا كل مشاكلهم عليه بدلا من النظر إلى أنفسهم و إذا كان الأمر كذلك فأستطيع فهم وجهة نظر المدافعين و من أي زاوية يتكلمون و لذلك يجب توضيح ما يعتقده أكثر الناس أمرا واضحا لا لبس فيه و هو أن الإنتقاد لا يقصد به شعب مصر ولا أرض مصر حتى لا يترك مجال لمن يصيد في الماء العكر...ه

اضطر أعضاء فريق كرة السلة الإسرائيلي "بني هاشارون" إلى الهرب باتجاه غرف الغيار قبل بدء مباراتهم ضد فريق "تيرك تلكوم" التركي ضمن مباريات كأس أوروبا لكرة السلة، بعد سماعهم صرخات الاحتجاج والاستنكار للعدوان الإسرائيلي على غزة من مئات المشجعين الأتراك الغاضبين.

وحاول أكثر من الف وخمسماية رجل شرطة تركي أن يخلو ملعب أتاتوركتجنبا لأعمال العنف قبل بدء المباراة. وقد هتف المشجعون الأتراك "الله أكبر"و"الموت لليهود" وهم يلوحون بقبضات أيديهم تعبيرا عن سخطهم.

Everyday those photos haunt me, I want to shout... just cover his tummy, then I convince myself he is dead... it doesn't matter... I still want them to cover him... too young to be killed... His father crumbling at his knees in another photo crying... shouting with rage while looking at his 3 sons dead...
All that time he spent raising them... long nights spent awake beside them when they were ill... so much effort to raise them to this tender age only to see his kids covered in blood... laid down on the cold floor... and unlike everything in Gaza their faces peaceful and full of innocence... Tell that father not to fight back... Tell him you should renounce violence and never ask for revenge... tell his wife to welcome the Israelis and live peacefully side by side... Tell them not to rejoice when they see "suicide bombers" taking others lives along with theirs...

Every morning there is at least one photo in all official newspapers in Jordan that breaks your heart and screams for revenge, the place is Gaza... The offensive is carried out by the Israeli ARMY... The justification is Hamas "Rockets"... The real reason is to break every sign of resistance... Everyone seems to forget that this is occupied land in the first place! That Gaza was under siege even during the 8 months of seize fire... That killings have never stopped through air raids on resistance targets during the seize fire... That many died because hospitals suffered... because there was no electricity in most of Gaza, no fuel except for the lucky few...

And every morning I feel enraged, shattered, exhausted and hurt... I look at the front page only to see new victims, angel like kids lying down in their blood... My heart pounds heavily against my chest and my blood boils... I start waiving my hands, I want to shout... Alas, I know I want to kill... I can kill, but instead I curse leaders and followers... I crumble into nothing in my prayers...

I just can't bear the sight of those 3 year old kids laid down dead... or look at the head of a 4 year old beneath the rubble that was once her home...

فضل صيام تاسوعاء و عاشوراء (غدا و بعد غد)ه

قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في صيامه :« صيام يوم عاشوراء ، إني أحتسب على الله أن يكفر السنة التي قبله»[رواه مسلم 1976 ]ه

صحيح مسلم عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: "حين صام رسول الله عاشوراء وأمر بصيامه، قالوا: يا رسول الله إنه يوم تعظمه اليهود والنصارى"، فقال : «فإذا كان العام المقبل إن شاء الله صمنا التاسع» (أي مع العاشر مخالفةً لأهل الكتاب)، قال: "فلم يأت العام المقبل حتى توفى رسول الله".ه

قال ابن القيم رحمه الله تعالى في زاد المعاد (2/76):"مراتب الصوم ثلاثة: أكملها أن يصام قبله يوم وبعده يوم، ويلي ذلك أن يصام التاسع والعاشر، وعليه أكثر الأحاديث، ويلي ذلك إفراد العاشر وحده بالصوم".والأحوط أن يصام التاسع والعاشر والحادي عشر حتى يدرك صيام يوم عاشوراء

من أغرب ما سمع من كلام السياسة حتى في أيام غرائبية كالتي نعيش ولا يُستغرَبُ فيها أمرٌ بسهولة، ما كرره المسؤولون الإسرائيليون كما تُنشَد لازمة في نشيد الموت.. هكذا تكلم أولمرت، ومن بعده ليفني حتى آخر القوم:أ- "لسنا ضد الشعب الفلسطيني، نحن ضد حماس.. هذه ليست حربا ضد الفلسطينيين، بل حرب ضد حماس".ب- "نحن لسنا أعداء، بل لدينا نفس الأعداء: حماس وحزب الله وغيرهما".
والحقيقة أن أهداف هذه الحرب العدوانية على قطاع غزة لا تختلف كثيرا عن سجالها العلني، فالقصف الجوي والقصف الإعلامي -صناعة الموت وصناعة الأجواء- ليسا مختلفين كثيرا كما يبدو.
تفضح اللازمة "ب" الحساب الإسرائيلي المعلن بوجود حلف موضوعي على الأقل، أو وجود محور إقليمي يضم دولا عربية وإسرائيل يشترك في نفس الأعداء، وهذا منطق المحاور على أية حال. ولكن ما يرشح قبل التصريحات العلنية وبعدها، أن المحور ليس موضوعيا فحسب، ولا لقاء مصالح فقط. بهذا ننتهي من هذه الفكرة التي سبق أن تطرقنا لها.
"ما يحدث في غزة أجبن حرب في التاريخ الإسرائيلي، وربما في التاريخ الحديث. لا توجد دولة استعمارية تستخدم هذا النوع من السلاح ضد هذا النوع من الأهداف, وعلى وقع الانفجارات تطلع علينا وزيرة خارجية إسرائيل الطموحة وفي فمها كلام من نوع: لسنا ضدكم!!"ولكن ماذا تعني مقولة إسرائيل: ليست (أو كما سُمِعَت: نحن لسنا) ضد الفلسطينيين؟ بحسب هذا المنطق لا يوجد استعمار ضد شعب من الشعوب، فهو فقط يريد بلد هذا الشعب، ويريد سلبه ثروته وإرادته، وإذا خضع لهذا المصير "المقدَّر" له، فلا أحد ضده.
تبرز "المشكلة" إذا قاوم الشعب هذا المصير الذي يراد له. ولكن حتى عندها يدعي المستعمِر أنه ضد المقاومة والمتطرفين الذين يحملون الفكرة ويمارسونها، وليس ضد الشعب نفسه. وعندما يقوم بمحاربة المقاومة ويقصف المدنيين والناس دون تمييز، فذلك ليس لأنه ضدهم بل لأن المقاومة تعيش وتسكن بينهم، وعلى الشعب أن يتحمل القصف صامتا، فهو ليس موجها ضده، ولا ضد أطفاله الذين سقطوا، بل ضد المقاومة التي أنجبها.
المقاومون هم من أبناء الشعب، وليسوا جيشا منفصلا عنه في معسكرات، وطبيعي أن يعيشوا بين صفوفه. وإذا كان هذا صحيحا في كل مكان فإنه في غزة أمر مسلمٌ به، لأن غزة عبارة عن معسكر اعتقال مكتظ ومزدحم ومغلق، يعيش فيه الناس دونما تمييز بين غني وفقير، ومقاوم وغير مقاوم، ومنتم لحماس وغير منتم لها. لا غابة ولا جبل ولا نهر، ولا مناطق محيَّدة يلجأ إليها الناس كما في لبنان. وحتى عندما يكون القصف غير عشوائي في غزة، فإنه يكون عشوائيا بالنتيجة.. لا يمكن للحرب على غزة إلا أن تكون جريمة حرب.
هذه حرب على معسكر اعتقال، تتواصل فيها غارات على "غيتو" ضخم، تستخدم فيها طائرات "أف15" و"أف16". كان هذا الفعل بحد ذاته غير ممكن التصور قبل عشر سنوات، كان بحد ذاته غير ممكن التنفيذ دوليا.. لقد صنع باراك هذه السابقة في بداية الانتفاضة الثانية.
إنها أجبن حرب في التاريخ الإسرائيلي، وربما في التاريخ الحديث. لا توجد دولة استعمارية تستخدم هذا النوع من السلاح ضد هذا النوع من الأهداف. وعلى وقع الانفجارات تطلع علينا وزيرة خارجية إسرائيل الطموحة لتخاطب الفلسطينيين كمشاهدين وفي فمها كلام من نوع "لسنا ضدكم".. يا للهول!!
سلبت إسرائيل وطن الشعب الفلسطيني، وقد شردته في كافة أصقاع الأرض ليس لأنها ضده، بل فقط لأنها تريد وطنه، وهو لا يريد أن يتنازل بطيبة خاطر.. هذا كل شيء، ولكنها ليست ضده. ولو خضع وقبل بأن يمنح وطنه عن طيبة خاطر، فلن يصيبه منها حربٌ ولا قتال.
ولو قبلت المقاومة بمضاعفة الاستيطان بعد أوسلو، وباستمرار تهويد القدس، وبالانسحاب من طرف واحد من غزة مع بقائها مطوقة كالسجن، لما كانت هناك مشكلة إسرائيلية مع غزة. ولو انتخب الشعب الفلسطيني من أرادته إسرائيل أن يُنتخب عام 2006 لما نشأت مشكلة.
ثم.. وبعد هذه الانتخابات، لو قبل الشعب الفلسطيني بالحصار التجويعي راضيًا باعتباره نتيجة منطقية للانتخابات، ولو استنتج من هذا الحصار النتائج المرجوة منها وأطاح بمن انتخب، ولو اعتبر حماس هي سبب الحصار وليس من يفرض الحصار.. لما كانت هناك مشكلة بين إسرائيل والقطاع.. هذا هو منطق القصف الإعلامي الإسرائيلي الذي يرافق القصف الوحشي على قطاع غزة، (وربما اجتياحها مع نشر هذه السطور).
وهو -على فظاعته- يحظى أن يكرره البعض بالعربية بين السطور، وهو منطق يتضمن هدف العدوان. والهدف هو قبول الشعب الفلسطيني بالشروط الإسرائيلية في حال التوصل إلى تسوية، وبالاستكانة والهدوء في حال عدم وجود تسوية.
لا مشكلة مع "شريك عربي" في تسوية يقبل فيها بشروط إسرائيل التاريخية، ولا مع خصم هادئ يرضى على الأقل بموازين القوى، فيعيش ويترك الناس تعيش في ظل الاحتلال والظلم، ويرفض التسوية نظريا فقط، أما عمليا فينشغل عن الصراع مع إسرائيل بقضايا "أكثر أهمية" مثل الحفاظ على سلطته.
"تهدف إسرائيل باستخدام السلاح إلى تقويض قوة حماس أو إجبارها على القبول بالشروط الإسرائيلية, فإذا قبلت حماس بالشروط تكون جحافل باراك قد عادت بإنجاز, وإذا أصرت على عدم القبول فسيتابع الجيش الإسرائيلي مهمته "وإسرائيل لم تمنح حماس حتى مثل هذه الفرصة الأخيرة.. لقد حاصرتها منذ اليوم الأول على انتخابها، وانضم "العالم" إلى الحصار، ولم تحظ حماس حتى بفرصة للانشغال عن الصراع مع الاحتلال بسلطتها.
لا يهم إسرائيل كثيرا من يحكم القطاع داخليا بعدما انسحبت منه، ما دام يقبل بالشروط الإسرائيلية في حالة تسوية، أو بالهدوء في حالة عدم التوصل إلى التسوية.
لقد فُرِض الحصار التجويعي فعلا، وكان على حماس -من وجهة نظر المطالبين بعودة "التهدئة" حاليا- أن تقبل بالهدوء ليس فقط دون زوال الاحتلال، وليس فقط مع استمرار الاغتيالات في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة، بل حتى دون فك الحصار.
انتقلت إسرائيل إلى استخدام السلاح وهي تهدف من ذلك إلى تقويض قوة حماس أو إجبارها على القبول بالشروط الإسرائيلية. ولا يهم إسرائيل أي الهدفين يتحقق قبل الآخر، فإذا قبلت حماس بشروط إسرائيل تكون جحافل باراك قد عادت بإنجاز، وإذا أصرت على عدم القبول فسيتابع الجيش الإسرائيلي مهمته حتى يعود بإنجاز ملموس، ولو على شكل عملية "كوماندوز" برية كما يحب باراك بموجب سيرته العسكرية.. المهم أن تعود بصور اغتيالات واعتقالات ناجحة لقيادات.
إذا توقفت إسرائيل رغم استمرار القدرة لدى حماس على إطلاق الصواريخ، فهذا يعني أن حربها الجبانة فشلت.
ولكن لا يمكن "للترويكا" الإسرائيلية الحالية وقف القتال والعودة دون أنجاز، إلا إذا فرض عليها ذلك بالقتال والخسائر أو بغيرها.
وإذا لم يتحقق أحد الهدفين أعلاه دون عملية برية فسيدخلون ولو على شكل إنزالات واجتياحات انتقائية.. يريدون صور انتصار على شكل استسلام علني أو اعتقال وانهيار علني، وهذا ليس بالأمر السهل التحقيق، وإذا لم تأت هذه الصور فسيكونون في وضع حرج.
بغض النظر عن الأهداف التي وضعت إسرائيليا، فإن وضاعة الحرب ونوع الخصم لا يبشر بخير لإسرائيل، فجلد الماء لا يوقف النهر، ولن تحقق إسرائيل هدفا ملموسا من هذه الحرب. وما أنجز حتى الآن هو خسارة "محور الاعتدال" عربيا.
ترغب إسرائيل في استعادة هيبة الردع أيضا، لكن الهدف سهل من الجو، وأي قنبلة تلقى على حي مكتظ تقتل وتدمر.. الثمن رخيص والحرب جبانة، ليس فيها بطولة، ولا يستعيد فيها أي جيش هيبته.
وحتى المديح الذي تكيله وسائل الإعلام الإسرائيلية لإيهود باراك على المكر والدهاء ما هو إلا خداع للذات، فقد كان الجميع يعلم أن إسرائيل تستعد لشن عملية عسكرية ضد غزة، بل وكتبت الصحف الإسرائيلية عن عملية قادمة خلال أيام. ولكن ماذا تفعل غزة حتى لو علمت؟ هل تعلن عن حالة تأهب في صفوف جيشها الجرار، أم تموه قواتها الجوية طائراتها في المطارات؟ نحن نتحدث عن حي فقير، عن مخيم لاجئين كبير ليس فيه حتى ملاجئ.
وسائل الإعلام الإسرائيلية التي تكيل المديح لدهاء باراك هي نفسها التي تتحول إلى جوقة تطبيل وتزمير في بداية كل حرب، ثم تنقلب على المسؤول فقط إذا فشل في تحقيق الأهداف. أما إذا ارتكب جرائم ونجح فلا بأس، المهم ألا يفشل، وألا يسقط الكثير من الإسرائيليين بحيث يتحول النجاح إلى فشل. ولا ينقلب الإعلام الإسرائيلي على حكومة تشن حربا إلا إذا فشلت الحرب في تحقيق أهدافها، أو إذا كانت الخسائر بالجنود مرتفعة.. عدد الضحايا من الفلسطينيين لا يهم هؤلاء.
جاء رد الفعل الشعبي العربي على الحرب سريعا، وفاق التصورات، فهو غاضب ناقم لا يعتبر الحرب شطارة أو بطولة إسرائيلية كما اعتبر حروبا سابقة، بل يعتبرها جريمة ضد المدنيين. كما لا يأبه بإدانات جزء كبير من النظام الرسمي العربي لهذه الحرب، ويصر على مقولة التواطؤ.
"رد الفعل الشعبي العربي على الحرب جاء سريعا, فهو غاضب ناقم لا يعتبر الحرب شطارة أو بطولة إسرائيلية كما اعتبر حروبا سابقة، بل يعتبرها جريمة ضد المدنيين, كما لا يأبه بإدانات جزء كبير من النظام الرسمي العربي لهذه الحرب، ويصر على مقولة التواطؤ"لقد صاحب بعض الإدانات العربية العلنية جملا علنية أخرى تتضمن تعبيرا عن رغبة في البناء على انتصار إسرائيلي، مثل قبول الشروط الإسرائيلية لفتح معبر رفح، أو رهن فتحه بالاعتراف بانتصار إسرائيلي، ومثل التمني العلني غير المفهوم بأن تكون هذه الحرب "خيرا" إذا استنتج منها من يتعرض للحرب ضرورة توحيد الصفوف.. ولماذا لا يستنتج البعض الذي لا يتعرض للحرب توحيد الصفوف مع من يتعرض لها في مقاومة المعتدي؟! لماذا يجب أن يكون الاستنتاج توحيد الصفوف في الاستسلام؟! ولما يجب أن يستنتج منها المعتدى عليه وليس من يبني على التسوية مع هذا المعتدي الذي لم يعطه شيئا؟!
حتى لو صدقت تمنيات المعتدين المستعمرين وصدقت أحلام حلفائهم، فإن كل ما يمكن أن تفرضه إسرائيل بعد هذه الحرب لا يحظى بشرعية، ولذلك لا يمكن أن يعمِّر.
وبالعكس، فبعض القوى التي أسست موقفها على واقعية الشارع وبراغماتية القبول بموازين القوى إزاء مشاهد القصف فقدت شرعيتها في ظل القصف الإسرائيلي.. أقول: فقدت شرعيتها بصيغة الفعل الماضي، وليس ستفقد هذه الشرعية.
وبقي أن تدرك هذه القوى أن الحسابات القصيرة النفس في إسرائيل والمسماة "توفير الأمن للمستوطنات"، أو "أمن حدودنا الشمالية"، أو "ضمان أمن القرى الحدودية"، هي أكثر أهمية وإستراتيجية لها من قوة وشرعية ما يسمى معسكر الاعتدال عربيا.. وأن هذه ليست مزايدة انتخابية لكسب بضعة مقاعد في انتخابات الكنيست.
(ملاحظة: من باب الرمزية الغرائبية الفاقعة أن المقاعد التي أضافها حزب العمل على دم الفلسطينيين مع ازدياد شعبيته قليلا بعد العدوان بموجب الاستطلاعات، يشغلها عربيان من الداخل، فالعرب المستفيدون من العدوان من المنتمين لمعسكر الاعتدال موجودون في كل مكان).
حساب المقاعد البرلمانية وارد في حسابات وزراء العمل وكاديما عند شن الحرب بالطبع، ولكنه ليس الحساب الأساسي.. هذه مسألة أمن قومي إسرائيلي تجمع عليه القوى السياسية الإسرائيلية يسارها ويمينها. وقوة الردع والجدار الحديدي العسكري يأتي في إسرائيل قبل التسوية وقبل التفاهم مع "قوى الاعتدال".
وهذا ليس موقف اليمين الإسرائيلي كما يعتقد البعض، بل هو موقف إجماع قومي تختلف إسرائيل على أساسه (وليس عليه)، وتنقسم حول ضرورة إجراء بعض التنازلات الإقليمية في ظله من عدمها، كما تنقسم حول واقعية التسوية السياسية.ــــــــــ

كفى مهزلة فماذا يجمع بين محمود عباس و ياسر عرفات من حيث المباديء... أنا لست من أشد المعجبين بأبو عمار و خصوصا أن له أخطاء عديدة و لكن شتان بين الإثنين... و شتان ما بين ما يفعلونه اليوم المحسوبون على فتح وهم الذين يختلفون عن تاريخها و مبادئها بكل شيء... أين ما كتبه المناضلون و الشهداء من فتح بدمائهم؟! أين أبطال الإنتفاضة و أشلاؤهم مما يحدث اليوم من مهزله؟! إيه أين موطني موطني و أين و أين... ه

آن الأوان لفتح أن تتبرأ من الدخلاء الذين خانوا مبادئها فهم منذ أن خنعوا و أفسدوا و سرقوا لم يعودو يستحقون لقب أبناء فتح فلها أن تتبرأ منهم كما تبرؤوا منها بأفعالهم لا بأقوالهم... بالله عليكم إسم فتح ينطق بمبادئها فهي (حركة التحرير الوطني الفلسطيني (فتح) و اليوم لا نجد تحريرا و لا وطنية ولا فتح...و لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله كانت فتح رمزا للثورة قبل أن يلطخ إسمها بأفعال محبي المال و كارهي النضال و التضحيات

فلماذا يبقى الشارع العربي يطالب بالوحدة بين الشرفاء و المفسدين إلا لأنه قد إختلط عليه كما إختلط الأمر حتى على المنتمين لفتح إلا القليل و السبب بذلك يعود إلى أن الكثير من الشخصيات القيادية في السلطة تنتمي لفتح و تحتل فيها مواقع رئيسية منذ زمن و لكن هل الإنتماء لمباديء فتح هو عبارة عن هوية عضوية أو مجرد تاريخ تعد فيه السنوات كما في الدوائر الحكومية لتحقيق الأقدمية أم أنه إنتماء لفكر و مبدأ... لأنني أرى أنه لو كانت هناك جماعة داخل أي حركة تحررية أو أي مؤسسة و قد خرجت عن خط تلك المؤسسة و مبادئها فإنهم يعتبرون دخلاء فإما أن يخرج المخلصون السائرون على مباديء تلك الحكة منها و يأسسوا حركة أخرى تلتزم بمبادئها أو يجب عليهم أن يخرجوا الخارجين عن مباديء الحركة... ه

أما بالنسبة للمطالبين بالوحدة في الصف الفلسطيني... فإن توحد المتخاذلين من السلطة لن يزيد صف الشرفاء إلا ضعفا و تثبيطا و اختراقا فليس من الحكمة أن تشرك في أمرك من تعلم أنه يتحين الفرصة لطعنك في ظهرك

و لمن أراد التحقق من فتح و من أنها لا تأتمر بأمر السلطة فعليه بقراءة هذا الخبر "كما أعلنت كتائب شهداء الأقصى الجناح العسكري لحركة التحرير الوطني الفلسطيني (فتح) انطلاق العملية العسكرية "بركان العاصفة" بقصفها بلدة سديروت والنقب الغربي بصاروخي فجر. كما أعلنت الكتائب مجموعة أيمن جودة مسؤوليتها عن إطلاق ثلاثة صواريخ بمستوطنة زكيم جنوبي عسقلان." و هو على قناة الجزيرة بضعة سطور ضمن خبر إعلامي و كأنه أمر لا يستحق المزيد من التمحيص. ه

فتحية إجلال لمن بقي من شرفاء فتح... فتح البندقية آخر الأجيال الحقيقيين لفتح التي تتحول بفضل أذناب السلطة إلى حكومة عميلة تساهم في الحصار و تقمع مظاهرات التأييد لغزة بالرغم من أن جزءا من المشاركين في المظاهرة هم من أبناء فتح الشرفاء

لا تأسفوا عليهم فقد قال الله في كتابه "لَوْ خَرَجُوا فِيكُمْ مَا زَادُوكُمْ إِلَّا خَبَالًا وَلَأَوْضَعُوا خِلالَكُمْ يَبْغُونَكُمُ الْفِتْنَةَ وَفِيكُمْ سَمَّاعُونَ لَهُمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالظَّالِمِينَ" فعدم التوحد معهم هو كل الخير فحتى المؤمنون الصادقون يتأثرون كما قال الله تعالى "و فيكم سماعون لهم" و الخطاب للمؤمنين وكذلك في قوله" ما زادوكم إلا خبالا" فالحمد لله على تنقية الصف و نسأله تمام النعمة بتنقية صفوف فتح حتى لا يبقى مانع من وحدة الشعب ضد العملاء عبيد الدراهم و الدنانير و خناجرهم التي لا تزال تطعن في ظهور المسلمين فهذا من تمحيص الصفوف و تنقيتها و فيه خير عظيم بتثبيط من كره الله انبعاثه مع المجاهدين لئلا يثبطهم

الساعة كانت تقارب الثالثة عصرا والقناة هي راديو بي بي سي و بالرغم من إنزعاجي من بعض برامجها السخيفة و المقابلات المقرفة للناطقين بإسم الجيش الإسرائيلي و الناطقين بإسم الوزارات الخارجية المنحطة العربية و الغربية إلا أنني أبحث عن كل خبر يتعلق بتطورات الوضع في غزة هذه الأيام... المهم يتصل المذيع بأحد المراسلين الموجودين في مظاهرة بمصر حتى أنك تسمع صوت المتظاهرين خلفه و يعلق المراسل أن الشرطة المصرية تصدت بعنف للمتظاهرين و هي تحيط بهم بأعداد كبيرة من كل جانب و قد تم اعتقال الكثيرين دون أن يعرف سبب اعتقالهم... أزعجني أني لم أجد أي متابعة لهذه الأخبار على القنوات الفضائية و على المواقع الإلكترونية لوكالات الأنباء...ه

و يبقى سؤال يحيرني منذ بدء الأحداث في غزة... كيف يبرمج دماغ و عقل الجندي أو الشرطي الذي يوظف للهجوم على أهله أو لحماية مصالح إسرائيل... كيف يستطيع أن يوجه البندقية باتجاه صدور إخوته دفاعا عن المحتل و حماية لأمن عدوه و خصوصا في هذه الظروف... أستطيع أن أفهم أن الزعماء قد يجدون عائدا ماديا هائلا لإسكات ضمائرهم و التمتع بدماء شعوبهم و لكن هذا الشرطي الذي لا يستفيد في الدنيا ولا في الآخرة كيف يفكر... كيف أقنعوه؟

أعجبني نداء حسن نصر الله لمسلمي مصر و بث الأمل للمقاتلين و آلمني إبراز لهجة شيعية ليس هذا وقتها..ه

خرج حسن نصر الله في يومين متتاليين و كرر و بتركيز لم نعهده من قبل في الخطاب الخارجي على أحداث كربلاء لماذا؟ فهذا ليس وقت نشر المذهب الشيعي و الدعاية له و هو يخاطب المسلمين السنة... كان بإمكانه ذكر يوم الأحزاب المذكور في القرآن أو ذكر أي موقعة إسلامية لا خلاف عليها و لكنه و هو المعروف بإختياره الدقيق و المحسوب لكل كلمة يقولها قد اختار بشكل غير موفق ذكر موقعة كربلاء و ذكر عبارات ليست معروفة عند أغلب المسلمين الذين يخاطبهم و فأهل مصر و الفلسطينيين و عموم المسلمين كان من السهل عليهم ربط طلبه للمقاومة بأحداث عظيمة كغزوة الخندق أو بدر فبدت دعوته بشكل مريب و كأنه يدعو إلى مذهب شيعي لا إلى مقاومة و ووطنية في وقت نسعى فيه إلى التوحد لا التفرق.

اما القاعدة فهي تغيب حتى هذه اللحظة غيابا غير طبيعي عن ساحة طالما إعتادت الحضور فيها و حشد المؤيدين من خلالها و يبدو أن هناك العديد من الأسباب التي قد تؤخر خطابا للقاعدة بدءا من الأوضاع بين باكستان و الهند و مرورا بنشاط زائد لإيران بنفس القضية بالإضافة للخلافات السابقة مع التوجه الفكري لحركة حماس نتيجة المشاركة بالحكم في نظام لا يحكم بالشريعة الإسلامية. مهما يكن السبب فقد تأخر توجيه خطاب يناسب عمق هذا الحدث و يساند حركة مقاومة تختلف في مبادئها مع تنظيم القاعدة مع أن هناك أهدافا و مصالح مشتركة. ه

وتبقى أسئلة ستجيب عليها الأيام القادمة: ه

فمن أي منطلق ستقوم القاعدة بمخاطبة المسلمين و حماس هذه المرة؟هل من منطلق الإخوة الواجب نصحهم كما صرحوا سابقا... ثم

هل سنشهد أي عمليات لضرب مصالح صهيونية أو أمريكية عالمية؟

و هل تأخر الخطاب سببه ضعف القاعدة أم التردد في كيفية توجيه خطاب لحماس و المسلمين؟

أم أن القاعدة مشغولة بحكم موقعها بما يحدث في باكستان و محاولة فتح جبهة جديدة بين الهند و باكستان لتخفيف الضغط عليها في أفغانستان؟

وهل الصحفي روبرت فيسك على حق في آخر مقاله كتبها في صحيفة إندبندنت البريطانية حيث يشير إلى الشيخ أسامة بن لادن بقوله " وفي مكان ما في الشرق -ربما في كهف أو قبو أو على جانب أحد الجبال- يبتسم شخص معروف يرتدي عمامة." ه

عندما تصرح وزيرة الخارجية الإسرائيلية بأنها لم تبلغ مصر و لم تأخذ الإذن منها لقناة عربية إخبارية تلقى قبولا لدى الشارع العربي بعد دعوات للخروج إلى الشوارع في مصر فهل نصدقها؟ أم نصدق ما تقول بنفس المقابلة عن أن "أن أطرافا عربية معتدلة مقتنعة بأنها (أي حماس) تمثل خطرا على عملية التسوية وتحديدا على ما يسمى حل الدولتين (الفلسطينية والإسرائيلية)."ه

أي تضارب هذا؟ إذا كانت أطراف عربية معتدلة قد أخبرتها أن حماس تمثل خطرا على عملية التسوية أليس هذا ضوءا أخضر كافيا أم أن ليفني يجب عليها أن تتظاهر بالغباء و تنتظر تعليمات خطية من الرؤساء العرب... الشعوب العربية ليست غبية إلى هذا الحد يعني على الأقل أجلي تعليقاتك المتناقضة بضعة أيام أو حتى بضعة ساعات أما في نفس المقابلة فهذا إستهتار... هه

The US was able to tame the Red Indians and make them adopt a different way of life... Are we heading down the same path?

ردهم على مبادراتكم السخيفة في البحث عن السلام : غزة 140 شهيدا اليوم و هذه" بداية معركة طويلة" ا

هذا ردهم على مقترحات السلام العربية... أي مبادرة جديدة سيعدها حكام العرب الآن حتى يزداد طمع الإسرائيليين في دماء المسلمين؟! و ماذا الآن بالنسبة للمفاوضات المستمرة و القائمة بين حكومة المحتل و السلطة الفلسطينية التي تعطي غطاءا خاصا لهذه المجزرة... متى تتوقف هذه المهازل؟!

نفذ جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي مجزرة جديدة بحق سكان غزة ظهر اليوم السبت سقط فيها مئات الشهداء والجرحى وسط مخاوف بارتفاع أعداد الضحايا نظرا لاستمرار العدوان الإسرائيلي وافتقار القطاع للإسعافات الطبية جراء الحصار وإغلاق المعابر.

فقد شن الجيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي غارات جوية مكثفة استخدم فيها طائرات إف 16 وطائرات أباتشي وشملت كافة مدن وبلدات القطاع، وأطلقت خلالها عشرات الصواريخ.
واستهدف العدوان الجوي الإسرائيلي مجمعات تابعة للشرطة. وقال مصدر طبي فلسطيني إن 155 شخصا على الأقل بينهم قائد الشرطة الفلسطينية في غزة اللواء توفيق جبر استشهدوا جراء القصف الذي أوقع أكثر من 200 جريحا على الأقل، مضيفا أن أحد مقرات الشرطة كان يقيم حفل تخرج لمجندين جدد عندما تعرض للقصف الإسرائيلي.
وتصاعدت المخاوف من ارتفاع أعداد ضحايا القصف الذي تزامن مع خروج المدارس وعودة الموظفين، واستهدف أيضا مقار للحكومة الفلسطينة المقالة تقع وسط الأحياء السكانية المكتظة بالسكان.

عدد الشهداء مرشح للزيادة (الفرنسية)ويزيد في تعقيد الموقف افتقار الأجهزة الطبية في القطاع إلى وسائل الإسعاف والعلاج ولوحظ أن وسائل نقل الضحايا كانت بدائية للغاية نظرا للحصار وإغلاق المعابر.

وتواصل أعمدة الدخان التصاعد من المناطق التي استهدفها القصف الذي يعد الأعنف من نوعه وأدى إلى تدمير معظم مقار الأمن في قطاع غزة.

وقد وجهت قيادات الشرطة نداءات لإخلاء جميع مقار الشرطة والأجهزة الأمنية تحسبا لقصفها.

تعليقات إسرائيلية
وقال التلفزيون الإسرائيلي إن الضربة الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة اليوم هي ضربة افتتاحية وبداية لمعركة طويلة تم الإعداد لها مسبقا، مضيفاً أن الجيش لن يبقى يبحث عن خلايا كتائب القسام وإنما سيضرب أهدافا رئيسية لحماس ليضعف رغبة حماس في القتال، مؤكدا أنه تم قصف ما بين 30 و40 هدفا حتى الآن في القطاع.

وأضاف التلفزيون نقلا عن الجيش الإسرائيلي إنه وضع قوات الجيش وقوات الإنقاذ ونجمة داود الحمراء في حالة استنفار قصوى في منطقة الجنوب المحيط بقطاع غزة.

وذكر أن رئيس أركان الجيش غابي أشكنازي تابع شخصياً العملية على غزة التي كما قال إن عشرات الأنواع من الطائرات العسكرية اشتركت في القصف على غزة مع إمكانية توسيع العملية.

من جانبه أعلن وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي إيهود باراك مساحة 20 كلم حول القطاع منطقة ذات طبيعة خاصة، أي اقل درجة واحدة من حالة الحرب.
ونسبت الوكالة الفرنسية إلى مصدر بالجيش الإسرائيلي بأن هذه العمليات ستستمر وسيتسع نطاقها إذا لزم الأمر. وعلق على وقوع ضحايا مدنيين بأن الجيش سبق أن حذر السكان المدنيين في غزة.

وقال مساعد لوزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي إيهود باراك في تصريح لوكالة رويترز إن إسرائيل مستعدة لتصعيد هجماتها العسكرية على القطاع.

ونقلت الوكالة الفرنسية عن المتحدث العسكري آفي بنياهو قوله لإذاعة الجيش الإسرائيلي إن العملية ليست إلا في بداياتها

حماس والسلطة
ومن جهتها دعت حركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس) كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسام إلى الرد بكافة الأشكال على الغارات الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة.

وفي أول رد فعل لقيادات في السلطة الفلسطينية حمل نمر حماد مستشار الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس من وصفهم بـ"منفذي الأعمال الطائشة" بإعطاء الذريعة لإسرائيل للقيام بمثل هذا العدوان.

وقد ندد القيادي في حماس أبو مرزوق بموقف السلطة الفلسطينية المتمثل بما قاله نمر حماد، وقال إن هذا الموقف يؤكد ما رددته حماس بوجود أطراف تحث إسرائيل على العدوان على غزة.

أكثر ما آلمني في هذا الخبر أنه ليس أمرا حديثا بل يمتد في جذوره الى أيام ياسر عرفات مع أنني أشك في معرفته بما كان يحدث ليس لشيء الا لأن ذلك كان متناقضا مع مسيرته و متطابقا مع مسيرة المسؤولين بالأجهزة الأمنية في زمنه و الذين كانوا على خلاف معه و على وفاق مع اسرائيل و الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية و لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله و تستمر المهازل التي يساهم فيها المسلمون بقتل اخوانهم... !!

اتهم عضو المكتب السياسي لحركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس) محمد نزال الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة للسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية بالتجسس على دول عربية وإسلامية لصالح إسرائيل والولايات المتحدة الأميركية ودول غربية أخرى، وكذا بالتجسس على الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس والسعي للإيقاع بشخصيات سياسية من حركة التحرير الوطني الفلسطيني (فتح).
وذكر نزال من بين الدول التي شملها تجسس الاستخبارات الفلسطينية باكستان والسعودية واليمن وليبيا والمغرب وعُمان ومصر وقطر والسودان وجيبوتي والصومال، مشيرا إلى أن حماس سلمت وثائق بهذا الشأن لبعض هذه الدول.
وعرض نزال في حلقة يوم أمس من برنامج بلا حدود على قناة الجزيرة الفضائية، وثائق قال إنها ترجع لهذه الأجهزة، وإنها مما وقع في أيدي حماس بعد استيلائها على قطاع غزة في منتصف يونيو/حزيران، متهما هذه الأجهزة بأنها تحولت إلى "بندقية للإيجار".
وقال إن هذه الأجهزة الأمنية الفلسطينية انهارت في غزة "كنمر من ورق" وخلفت وراءها ملايين الوثائق نقلتها حماس بعدة شاحنات إلى مواقع لم يكشف عنها، وأسست لجانا داخل فلسطين وخارجها من أجل فرزها وتصنيفها.
وأضاف نزال أن من بين هذه الوثائق ما هو إلكتروني على شكل أقراص مدمجة وملفات صوت وصور وفيديو محملة على أجهزة حاسوب، وما هو بخط شخصيات أمنية فلسطينية ويحمل تواقيعها، ومنها أيضا ما يحمل ترويسة وشعار السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية.

كما عرض وثيقة أخرى تحوي معلومات عن مصنع الشفاء السوداني وتقول إن فيه معملا لتطوير الأسلحة الكيماوية، وهي معلومات قال نزال إنها جمعت قبل شهر من قصف الولايات المتحدة المصنع في 20 أغسطس/آب 1998، وأكد أنه يعتقد أن الأميركيين اعتمدوا على هذه المعلومات.
وأوضح نزال أيضا أن المخابرات الفرنسية طلبت من نظيرتها الفلسطينية معلومات عن النشاط الأمني والاقتصادي الإيراني في السودان، وكذا رصد تنظيمات إسلامية هناك وتتبع تحركات الجالية الصومالية في الخرطوم.
وكشف أيضا عن تقرير أمني أنجز بتاريخ 10 سبتمبر/أيلول 2006 عن وفد عسكري عربي عالي المستوى يقول التقرير إنه زار جنوب أفريقيا للاطلاع على منشآت عسكرية نووية بغرض شرائها.
وأشار عضو المكتب السياسي لحماس إلى أن الاستخبارات الفلسطينية تعاونت مع نظيرتها الفرنسية من أجل اختراق المهاجرين المغاربة في فرنسا وكذا اختراق المقاومتين العراقية والفلسطينية، والتجسس على المنظمات الإسلامية في أوروبا والهند.
نزال قال إن محمود عباس لم يسلم من تجسس أجهزته الأمنية تجسس داخليوعلى المستوى الفلسطيني الداخلي، كشف نزال عن وثيقة مؤرخة في 20 يوليو/تموز 2005 تقول إن جهاز الأمن الوقائي التابع للرئيس محمود عباس متورط في التجسس حتى على مقره الشخصي، حيث تم اكتشاف أجهزة تنصت زرعها أحد أفراد الأمن الوقائي في مكتبه وتحت كرسيه.
كما اتهم نزال الأمن الوقائي بالتورط في اغتيال شخصيات فلسطينية مثل الرئيس السابق لهيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون هشام محمد مكي الذي قتل عام 2001، وكذا في محاولات اغتيال مثل تلك التي تعرض لها السفير الفلسطيني الحالي في مصر نبيل عمرو.
وقال المسؤول في حماس إن مما وقع في أيدي الحركة خطة أمنية إسرائيلية فلسطينية أميركية وضعت عام 1998 وتبناها الأمن الوقائي تهدف إلى محاربة ما سمته الإرهاب واعتبر أنها تقصد بذلك فصائل المقاومة الفلسطينية.
وأكد نزال أن السلطة الفلسطينية بدأت تطبيق هذه الخطة لكنها جمدتها مع انتفاضة الأقصى، لتعود حكومة تصريف الأعمال في الضفة الغربية بقيادة سلام فياض الآن إلى تطبق بنودها عبر محاربة العمل الخيري والتضييق على المقاومة.
وأوضح أن من الوثائق الاستخباراتية أيضا صورا لشخصيات فلسطينية وقيادات في حركة فتح تم استدراجها وتصويرها في أوضاع مخلة ومهينة بغرض ابتزازها ومصادرة قرارها السياسي، مؤكدا أن هذه الشخصيات تم تصويرها في غزة وفي عواصم عربية." انتهى

I was just reading this on Aljazeera.net, I couldn't believe it. Usually it's Gulf countries that do this sort of thing. But JORDAN presenting a necklace, earrings and a bracelet estimated at around 150,000 USD... and for who? for Condy... I really can't believe this!!!!

If you have more details on this issue please let me know... Is this by any means preceded by something that requires such a gift?

2 Months Old, Nurse shouting "Cold White!"

A hospital in Amman last Thursday... late at night, I had chest pain and wanted to check it out. I sat down in a room to have my blood pressure checked when a nurse stormed into the room shouting "COLD WHITE" and holding a baby so small in size... so young... so tenderly wrapped in his bed sheets...

I stood up and the baby was placed in the bed I just sat on, I didn't know what to do... I stood there in complete shock... I was looking at his eyes, there was no movement whatsoever... he was looking at me, through me, rather in my direction but not at anything... I kept looking trying to find any sign of life... I didn't believe what I saw... I didn't want to believe it... he can't be dead... he is sooo young...

His eyes were so wide, but his skin was yellow and his lips almost blue... I cannot forget his wide eyes... "Sorry, Please leave the room" another nurse said.. "Of course, of course" as I was wearing my jacket...

Doctors rushed in... I never saw a hospital in Jordan like that before, 3 or 4 doctors came in seconds, nurses from here and there... It was the first time I saw an emergency room that actually worked on emergency basis...

They closed the door and I was left outside just beside the young confused father... The nurse asked, where is Abu "_____",

"Yes...", he answered....

"Is he your only child?"

"Yes..." almost cried.. "what is it? is he going to be alright?!?"

"How long has he been like this?"

"Almost an hour... he is a very calm baby most of the time..." eyes red looking in a million direction... "but this time it is different..."

"Did he suffer from vomiting?"

"Yes, we took him to his doctor and he said to change his milk... He said it didn't suite him and so we did..."

"After changing the milk, did the vomiting stop?"

"No... please tell me what is wrong..."

"we don't know yet... Inshallah kheir, twakkal 3ala allah".... "hopefully it will become better...have faith..."

I was examined, taken to X-Ray... I couldn't help asking the nurse that accompanied me about the baby... He was reluctant to answer... but showed extreme sympathy... "may God help him..." he muttered...

For the first time I couldn't help it, I was so curious and shocked... I wanted to know.... so I asked "there was no eye movement whatsoever?!"

He said: "that is not the problem.... the problem now is the lack of blood supply..." I didn't understand what he meant...

He saw it in my face and then he added "it looks like he is leaving this world... "

"All of this is just because of vomiting!?!" I asked

"A very slight fall can kill a man, it takes very small things to change our lives, or end it..." The nurse said with a very emotional tone... It sounded very true coming from a young man who seemed to have seen a lot...

Another first time for me, a nurse who is actually human and cares... He left me there to take my X-Ray and said goodbye...

When I went back, I saw the father again, so tense... time passed as we waited.. me for he X-Ray and him for any news about his only child a couple of months old...

He kept asking everyone that went out of the room, "please just tell me... Assure me..." The doctors and nurses only answered with gestures and begged his patience...

How can you tell a man his only child is lost... I thought to myself, what is he thinking exactly... does he realize how critical it is... His mind must be in denial... why not? I am in denial and I'm not even related to the baby... I saw doctors in and out... father so stressed... eyes red...

At one point he was about to loose it all, he almost yelled but couldn't " just tell me... IS THERE HOPE!" He is Not in denial... he knows how serious it is...

Other people join the father and a doctor comes out from the room and says...
"When your son came in, his heart was not working... we gave him medicine and now it is working but we are afraid that due to the lack of oxygen his brain might be affected... He cannot breath on his own now, so we've placed him on a breathing machine... He is in a very critical situation I hope you understand... We will have to keep an eye on him and see what happens... Anything can happen..."

I have no idea what the father was thinking at that moment, was he thinking of all the money he will pay... if he will end up with a retard after that.... was he thinking that his son will come back to life... I have no idea...

The mother was not there, she sat down in a different hall, by the pharmacy... She was completely wrecked... muttering to herself... most probably saying prayer after prayer as she sat down in tears...

I left the hospital, but I couldn't forget the look on that baby's face... I have seen dead people before... but never a two months old... I hope he will live and come back to a normal life... but the chances looked so slim...

I hope he comes back to life, I hope his father will not remember this sad night each time someone calls him by Abu "_____"... I hope his mother's pain for nine months will not be in vein... worse... pain to witness her first born's death...

I could not help remember all the babies that were buried in Palastine, Iraq, Afghanistan...

There are so many tragedies in life, we seem to forget how lucky we are for all the things we take for granted...

Wake up...

"95% of Our Work is with the American Army" Smile

I had a meeting with the purchasing manager of a real estate firm, they are looking for suppliers... In these tough times dollars seem to shine a lot brighter... Our guest was very friendly, rather polite and from another Arab nationality...

The meeting started, he introduced his firm... "we are working in several countries.." he talked about how difficult it is to move from one spot to another in Iraq. "It is very dangerous, we have to move with helicopters to visit to places like Ramadi".

It doesn't really take a genius to guess who uses helicopters in Iraq, but I wanted to make sure so I asked what kind of projects do you perform. "95% of our business is with the American Army, Iraq, Afghanistan...etc" He smiled and was soo confident as if it was meant to impress me and my boss... he continued bla bla bla and I remember hearing my diplomatic boss kidding with him "so wherever there is trouble you're there..." and my mind was going blank, here I am in a meeting with one of those who I loathed in every news report on TV, I hated the fact that they seem so nice in person... This is the type that is soo detached from the fact that he has blood on his hands, honest people suffered and he thinks of it as something that might encourage people to do business with him. So he boasts his 95%... to him dealing with the US Army is a badge to be proud of... and here I am trapped with one of them in a meeting room, totally unprepared, I have never imagined such people...

All I could think of is how can I say I can't... times are tough... all traders in our field have suffered a great deal... I'm responsible for a number of things including logistics... I'm supposed to brief this man on the best and cheapest way to do business in Iraq on the hope of nailing partnership with a very willing establishment in a booming market when all other markets are shrinking...

Thoughts crashed, seconds passed and small talk ended with my manager, I gave my manager "the look" he knew exactly what I meant, I will not cooperate, I even shook my head when our guest was not looking... maybe my boss can find a graceful way out of this issue... but then I thought why should we be polite... he is the one who should be ashamed... eghhh but he is very nice and polite...

My manager noting my gesture looked at me, said we just want to tell them what is the best way to do business, here goes... I hated myself, because I was weak... my voice trembled when I said: "But I have a problem"

My manager quickly: "I know you have a problem, but we only want to talk, we will not be finalizing anything now"

"I still have a problem" I turned to the nice proud man in front of me... "I don't know how say this in a diplomatic way" voice weak "but I have an ethical problem"... stopped talking for a second hoping that the thought would sink in or that someone would say anything... the nice guy still a bit puzzled but confident of himself...

" It feels like trading with people's blood" voice almost shattered... I hated myself for stating my position in such a way, weak and trembling voice, eyes gazing in a million direction... I thought I was a much stronger man... but alas, at least I've cleared my conscience...

Then the nice man started talking again, "we have alot of work for the sake of the people, like ports, infrastructure, hotels" he delayed a word for a second... "Security" and you will be amazed many people think differently in Iraq...bla bla bla...

I felt stronger bit by bit as he talked on how he went out of a meeting when an Israeli was present... He was now defending his position, his percentage changed at the end of his talk to 60-65% of work for the American Army, "besides you wouldn't have known if I didn't tell you"...

Voice getting stronger, "you don't understand... to me an American in Iraq is the same as an Israeli in Palestine, they are killing our people"

My manager, " of course they are the same, we only want to tell them the outcome of the exercise we've done for ourselves, they might use our facilities or choose to operate on different projects..."

"This is against all my principles, and I don't want to have anything to do with it... not even A word that might help, sorry... I think I have to leave now..." and I left...

I hated the fact that I was weak to the point that I didn't shine with confidence when we argued... unlike our nice proud guest...

He had no traces of guilt whatsoever... He loves his work and is so proud of it all... I hope he will at least think of what part he is playing in this ugly play...

When I pay for Jondoo's bad debt ?! Financial A B C.. not really

Once upon a time, Jondoo took a loan in the US and is unable to pay... now his debt along with many other US citizens is paid again and again by others... Trillions pumped, you might not think of it this simplistic way, but the end Europe, The Gulf, Asia...

Let's not get into details, the result is very clear everyone is pumping cash because of the debt jondoo didn't pay... I'm not blaming Jondoo, after all he really tried to pay... it's just another angle on results

I find it very amusing that no matter how much we know about this financial crises we will not change anything about it in the Arab World... The whole world is paying including me and you me for someone Else's bad debt...

20 years ago Tom & Jerry Burger in Amman

I loved Tom & Jerry - Shmeisani branch. And I wish I could eat one of those tiny nice burgers wrapped in colour coded paper...

Probably the first to serve real burgers in Amman? I remember the times when it was only Beefy in Jabal Al-Hussein and the famous hot new place where they have something called "Self Service" in Tom & Jerry - Shmeisany...

Believe it or not "Self-Service" was totally new it was only at Tom & Jerry that you had it. I was a kid back then and the idea of myself taking my own cool tray with the burger, fries and Drink was great. And when you're done you just empty the tray in a cool basket that has a nice swing door.

Almost every kid in the growing up in the 80's & early 90's ate at Tom & Jerry... Soon new branches started opening and food quality dropped like today's stock market in every new branch until one day every branch closed down. Hmmm reminds me of the sudden disappearance of "Majdy Home" and "Nabil Arafat Sweets", anyway...

Not a Royal Village yet and certainly not under construction

wow nice logo and love the live content on the website that consists of one sentence only "The website is under construction"... The actual construction on site is very similiar (nothing is happening)...

What ever happened to the Royal Village project in Marj El-Hamam... There is only one building there and nothing else although the construction started around 4 years ago...

It used to be an exhibition site, now its a total waste of huge advertizing signs that are torn apart, and sadly contrary to the only sentence on the website, NOTHING is under construction... Virtual or Physical...

Wonder what ever happened to the investors?!?!?

We simply forget... We forget that West Amman is not the whole of Jordan... We need harsh reminders of poverty and misery to remember that the world is not West Amman or even East Amman...

It is almost 60 minutes after sunset in Ramadan, a lonely man in his seventies with a short white beard sits on a stone curb in downtown Amman, sipping soup... For those of you who are not familiar with Ramadan it's the holy month of fasting, where Muslims must abandon worldly pleasures of food and sexual enjoyment from sunrise till sunset....

Eat nothing and drink nothing... For most of us, sunset is a time to sit with family and enjoy a good meal as soon as the Sun sets down...

Clearly this is not the same for others who sip soup only 60 minutes after sunset on a stone curb... with no one to talk to...

To them a warm salute, we no longer fast to remember the poor and hungry... We are too busy with TV shows, facebook, blogs and PS3 games...

Disconnected from East Amman is a much more subtle title, disconnected from Jordan, Arabia, Middle East, Africa... and the whole world is what it really is...

Brazilian Cartoonist - Great Artwork on Palestine & Iraq

You have missed a lot if you haven't seen Professor Randy Pausch last lecture entitled "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams".

Randy passed away on 25 Jul 08, he was diagnosed with liver cancer in mid 2007 and was told by his doctors that he had 3-6 months to live. He gave his moving "last lecture" on Sep 07 in Carnegie Mellon to students, colleagues, wife and most importantly his 3 kids. Watch every minute of it, it's worth it.

لم أفطر في ذلك الصباح كالعادة و مررت بجانب بائع كعك فاشتهيت السمسم و الجبنة و الزعتر و شيئا من البندورة و كنت في ميل للتحدث فبعد السلام وطلب الكعكة والحديث عن أقدم البياعين على العربايات... قلي : البائع: أنا من أقدم البياعين بس ما حدا بصدق لأني شكلي صغير كنت أبيع عالعربايه و أنا 15 سنة أو أصغر... و هنا سألته السؤال الذهبي:

مافي حدا يمنعك من البيع أو ينكد عليك, الشرطة؟

قال بدون تردد: لا الأمانة! مش الشرطة... الشرطة ما بتتدخل... ه

قلتلو: طب شو أكثر إشي ممكن يسوولك إياه.

واستمر الحديث اللذي أخذ منحى دينيا بعض الشيء لكني إستأت لأني خفت أن يأتي يوم لا نستطيع شراء الكعك من الطرقات و لا الصبر ولا الكرز و لكل هذا شيء من النكهة الخاصة في عمان شيء مميز لا تجده في أي مكان...أجرؤ أن أقول أنه شيء من تراث و عراقة المدينة...جزء محبب من طقوس تكاد تكون آسرة في عمان و الأسوأ أن تطارد الشرفاء في رزقهم بينما يسرق الزعماء أقوات الشعوب و يتاجر رؤساء الحكومات بالضرائب بحسب مصالح عائلاتهم فمن أشخاص يقللون ضريبة الدخل على قطاع البنوك إلى آخرين يقللونها على قطاع التأمين إلى أشخاص يجرمون أيما إجرام ببيع الكعك... إيه

أخاف أن لا تجد يوما بائعي الكعك ليس فقط لأجل الكعك و لكن خوفا من المهنة البديلة لأولئك البائعين

Lebanon - Le Bristol (Al-Hamra St.)

First time in Lebanon, almost one week ago...

And my advice is don't go to the Bristol, the "antique look" is nice but you might actually want the bathroom sink to drain water without having to remove the plug with your own hands.... eeekh

The front office last night was a terrible mess, a lebanese guy who is so confused to the point that he starts and ends conversations while we wait for him to allocate the already reserved rooms...

Two rooms but he can't seem to find the reservation untill we actually show him the reservation details on the laptop! and he goes "hmmm aaah now I get it 2 rooms one night!"

Anyway, I asked if I can connect to the internet and he said yes, all you have to do is connect to the ADSL plug in your room, we will send it to you once you need it.

As I was heading towards the room, I saw the door open, one of the hotel staff was getting out of the room and another went to the bathroom, saying sorry we just need a few minutes.

Then I had do some work online so I called the confused front desk asking for the ADSL connection he told me about while we waited earlier, he said "I will arrange for it in a few minutes".

I waited and waited around 20 minutes passed and no cable so I called him again and his brilliant answer was: "I called IT and they said you can connect from your room using the wireless network", well... guess what?!? there wasn't any network available in my room!! And even if there was a wireless network there shouldn't you at least say something about it... instead of keeping me waiting for 20 minutes.

So if you ever decide to go to Lebanon, you know where NOT to stay.

King Talal's House, Mosque and Legacy!! Not sooo appreciated...

If you scroll down, you will see photos of King Talal's house in Jabal Amman and a mosque that is named after him. The mosque is in terrible condition on the main road leading to the Dead Sea. Quite a shame!

King Talal ruled Jordan for 11 months, he is someone I think of as a "clock builder" and NOT "a time teller". A metaphor that is taken from Jim Collins books entitled "Built to Last" and "Good to Great", in which, based on years of research looking for the qualities that separate great and enduring companies from others. One of the distinct aspects is that they build systems that continue to operate regardless of who is in charge, the concept is to build a system that works instead of building companies around individuals no matter how great they are. This obviously leads to sustainability and better performance.

In 11 months he:

1) Initiated the first constitution in Jordan. The most remarkable aspect was giving the Parliament the authority to question the government or even reject it. Giving the upper hand for the people instead of the government. Why would a leader open the door for the people to take authority from him!! This is clock building at its best.

2) Made education mandatory and Free. This was the first of its kind in Jordan and the Arab world and had immediate and lasting results on the education in Jordan.

3) Issued a railroad law, making the railroad line an Islamic "Waqf", I don't know how to translate it accurately but when an asset is made a "waqf" then the ownership and financial return is owned by the people and can be used in charity.

I would again go back to 11 months of ruling a country and the tremendous impact those decisions had made on our lives. He is brilliant to say the least and look at how we have preserved his legacy.

Power to the people! Education! Railroad! Awqaf!

Even the buildings that are named after him are in terrible condition have a look at the below photos and imagine the smell in those Mosque toilets, or the home of the late king where the moisture is eating the house, not to mention the garbage bags right at the door....

When did Jordan become a country?

Many of the Jordanians I know would probably start kicking you in the head before even thinking about the answer or even the question itself. They will start thinking, this $$%%^#@ is trying to belittle our country? We always think of this as an insult!!

But really what makes a country? better yet what is the defenition of a country?

It is not meant to make Jordan any less of a nation or a culture when you say that Jordan as a country didn't exist 100 hundred years ago. There is a big difference between an inhibited land and a country.

"A country" adds the dimension of political identity, of a nation that moves with its self appointed leadership towards it's own agenda. Before the so called "independance" of Arab countries, we were part of a larger nation and a larger political cluster.

It was not ONLY Jordan... Almost every other Arab country did not exist as an individual political structure as it does today. And we were sold the concept of "A COUNTRY" as if it is the greatest achievement of our modern times.

Our greatest disappointment was sold as our greatest achievement!! The unity of the Arab nations was broken down with lines of ink held sacred on fresh glossy maps with 21 proud new flags!!

What the European nations are trying to accomplish through cancelling borders and unifiying their political stance is exactly the opposite of our "greatest achievement". The American states accomplished unity and became the "United" states after civil wars.

Oh but we would wage wars to destroy our own unity and would even think of the term "Jordan didn't even exist 100 Hundred years ago" as an insult.

This comes 3 days late, from blogging about Jordan day. But Jordan to me is not a mere country... It is HOME as a home it is older than a country.

As a home it means alot more to me than any fake slogan.

« صيام يوم عاشوراء ، إني أحتسب على الله أن يكفر السنة التي قبله»
[رواه مسلم 1976 ]ه

صحيح مسلم عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: "حين صام رسول الله عاشوراء وأمر بصيامه، قالوا: يا رسول الله إنه يوم تعظمه اليهود والنصارى"، فقال : «فإذا كان العام المقبل إن شاء الله صمنا التاسع» (أي مع العاشر مخالفةً لأهل الكتاب)، قال: "فلم يأت العام المقبل حتى توفى رسول الله".ه

قال ابن القيم رحمه الله تعالى في زاد المعاد (2/76):
"مراتب الصوم ثلاثة: أكملها أن يصام قبله يوم وبعده يوم، ويلي ذلك أن يصام التاسع والعاشر، وعليه أكثر الأحاديث، ويلي ذلك إفراد العاشر وحده بالصوم".

والأحوط أن يصام التاسع والعاشر والحادي عشر حتى يدرك صيام يوم عاشوراء.

A Venture into Cyberspace, Another Shift

I have decided to learn programming, more precisely, HTML, Java Script, PHP & Database building... After 8 years in the construction business and a few experiments in the world of procurement, customer service, commerce, network games, first hand selling to school kids and most recently an interesting e-commerce project...

So tomorrow, I will venture a bit deeper into the world of cyberspace, "Scottie, beam me up"... it sounds absurd, but that was my only chance to say that phrase and I had to take it.

By 6:00 pm tomorrow I will start a two month programming boot camp to say the least.

I have a million projects in mind and I can feel excitement in the air...

You are at least vulnerable to a "slipped disc" in your spine.... and continuous back ache for the rest of your life...

Now, how does that make you stronger... it just doesn't, it's a simple outrageous lie...

They tell you this just to make you feel good about taking continuous beating on your back... Someone is interested in your hide... oh, you should feel good cause if it doesn't break then it certainly makes it stronger!!

Lift your spirits, because after a good round of beating you will be able to learn how to live with some serious disabilities... you will master the art of being beaten and moving on with your life as if nothing happened... Congratulations...

The "Fafy" Class Evolution in Jordan

This post is the ridiculous labour, mental exhaustion, hallucinations and contemplation of the tiny minute details that passed us by so quickly... In short its about the rise and fall of "fafies" in Jordan... A new breed rising on the bones of others...

The amount of change that we are witnessing in Jordan is fascinating. When I was in School, I remember that if someone was saying (aal o olna) instead of (gal o golna) or (MAMA) instead of (Yummah or El-Waldeh) lol... Then the poor kid was quickly classified as a "fafy" type of person... belonging to the people who live in Shmeisani!!!

For those of you who don't know what a "Fafy" boy is... its the boy who's spoiled, rich and a classified wimp...

The bullies and the teachers would use the famous good old question, "Where are you from, Shmeisani!!" -laughing-... To indicate that a boy is spoiled belonging to a class that doesn't know how to fight with the rough guys coming from the poor side of Amman (aka hay el masarweh)...

The famous joke that was said on how Shmeisani kids used to fight with Twix and Mars (chocolate) instead of knives and sticks (ganwat ya man wa an khook)...

Today, its a totally different story, the boys who were considered the fafiest of them all are no other than the rough middle class of today, maybe the "STRUGGLING almost broke-class" is more appropriate... Shmeisani is no longer considered the filthy rich neighbourhood.... And, you don't see too many boys making fun of the "da2ee2a" accent or the "mama" and "baba" fafies (plural)... Simply because now there is so much more to make fun of...

The fafy accent is no longer a matter of Gal and Golna, it is more like a whole shift from Arabic into English & sometimes French... By the way Arabizi is already a middle class thing these days...

The fafy places are more like Abdoun and Deir Ghbar...

The new fafy terms are not MAMA & BABA anymore... they are Mamy and Daddy or first names of parents if you will, with a short cuddly name like shoshooo if the mother's name is Shaden & the meemeee if the father is Mahmoud...

All that makes you wonder, maybe the golna guys were fafi at one point in their own time... say 20 years earlier... When the really tough guys were the Bedouins in the tents...

Now that's socioeconomics in Jordan and a true evolution of the fafy class in Jordan.

So, what's the point of this post?! Not much really... It is supposed to be a ridiculous post in the first place...

But the moral is, everyone is a fafi at one point in time and that is short lived... much shorter than you think... So fafies of today, don't worry... tomorrow is another day and you will have your turn to mock others fafies at one point in time...

Killing The Baby Devil!

I've been reading this post, it will turn your stomach and give you nightmares to say the least...

There is a saying in Arabic ضربتين بالراس توجع it translates (in meaning) to "Two punches on the head, are too many"... well, Black Iris doesn't settle for two and drives his hardest punch in the third story to knock all the sense out of your head... and it goes like this:

I hate the family who pushed the women to the edge, hate the creature called the mother and don't know what to feel exactly, except for rage... I just tell myself maybe it was for the better for the baby, cause growing up in this environment might have literally tortured him...

The father is a drug smuggler, the family obviously going to drive the baby mad feeling guilty all his life, mother would probably hit the baby every other day...

What really drives me MAAAAD IS THE STUPID FAMILY.... THE BABY HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG... HOW IGNORANT AND SAVAGE CAN THE FAMILY BE... LEAVE THAT BABY ALONE YOU ANIMALS, they probably still say the mother did a great thing by killing him... as if he's a virus...

"العثور على مقبرة إسلامية بإيلات تحوي رفات مئات الجنود"

المقبرة تضم بقايا مصحف ما يرجح أنها لجنود عرب عن قناة (الجزيرة)ه

قالت مؤسسة الأقصى إنها اكتشفت مقبرة إسلامية قرب مدينة إيلات جنوب إسرائيل تحوي رفات المئات من الجنود.

وقال رئيس الحركة الإسلامية داخل الخط الأخضر الشيخ رائد صلاح إن الكشف جاء بعد أن نبشت بلدية المدينة المقبرة لدفن أموات يهود فيها. وأوضح الشيخ صلاح في تصريحات للجزيرة من الناصرة أن المقبرة تضم رفات أموات بعضهم بملابس عسكرية يخترقها الرصاص إضافة إلى حبال لا يعرف إن كانت استخدمت لإعدام الجنود أم لا.
كما تضم المقبرة بقايا مصحف شريف وشارات عسكرية وقطعا من السلاح الأبيض ما يرجح أنها لجنود عرب قتلوا أو أعدموا خلال حرب العام 1948.
ووجهت مؤسسة الأقصى نداء إلى كل الجهات العربية لإيصال أي معلومة متوافرة تفيد بالتعرف على رفات الأموات وهوياتهم وأسباب موتهم ودفنهم في هذا الموقع.

Sarkuzi & The King in Aqaba, Nuclear power support is coming from France for Jordan's ambitious project in developing Nuclear Energy. That's the headline in today's Al-Dustoor newspaper. What's not in the headline is that Sarkozy is also providing Nuclear support to Egypt as well...

I've checked a few websites on the issue, there is quite considerable talk of Nuclear Power in the whole Middle East region, check this out: "In the Middle east and North Africa: Iran, Gulf states, Yemen, Israel, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, Algeria, Morocco"

Another thing is, the King seems to be shopping around for efficient Nuclear solutions from a number of different places. France is the latest, since "Sarkozy wants everyone to have nuclear power", he is capitalizing on his technological assets and has his very own explanation of how sharing this will bring the west and Islam closer together... Other candidates to shop from are the Canadians, the King already checked out Canada in Mid July 2007 according to this.

He also made this statement on pursuing Nuclear Power to Akiva Eldar, Haaretz Correspondent, and guess what Israel went dead silent over this.... Very strange to say the least...

So we look closer and you will see that we have already signed an accord with The United States aimed at supporting the peaceful development of the kingdom's nascent nuclear program. It's official and it is on Haaretz.com in this report on 16/09/2007 .

I wonder what guarantees the Israeli's have, because not only that we also got the US behind Jordan, we have no objections from Israel whatsoever!!! Sounds too good to be true, toooo smelly...

Who would have even this was possible a few years back, something is going on behind closed doors! I hope we will not be witnessing a disaster like Chernobyl anytime in the future...

Does anyone really comprehend the total effect of a sudden rise of fuel & electricity on all levels. We always look at the common man who will definitely be shocked and buried in bills. But we simply forget other factors that might change the face of Jordan forever.

Industry in Jordan was feeling the heat of competition in the last few years and many have shut down and decided to move on to a neighbouring country.

Competitive products from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria and many others enjoy energy prices that are much less than Jordanian factories. They have increasing shares in Jordan and competition is simply out of the question.

So what happens if 70% of the manufacturers in Jordan, cannot cope after the planned rise in fuel and electricity. What about the people working in the factories, to the trucks that are hired to deliver the goods.

Major contractors have already started mumbling about new prices and the straw that will break the back of many. What will happen to contractors who have already signed construction contracts that are underway based on old prices?

Goods transportation from Aqaba to Amman, already witnessed around 30% increase at the beginning of Dec 07, what now? Traders will eventually add the cost on goods delivered to Jordanians.

Can anyone really estimate the full effect that we are about to witness, I don't think the government can. It would be wise to start with partial raises instead of a one time sudden raise that might cripple the Industrial & Construction sector.

2008 & My Punctuality Gym

I have one hell of an issue when it comes to waking up in the morning... I'm usually 30 minutes late at work, I always stay after working hours as well but that's not a solution...

I have to get my act together and an idea just popped, I know I also want to get back in shape... so I went to a gym, checked out their working hours 6:00 am - 11:00 pm, it all clicked...

I can wake up at 5:15 AM, pray... get my things ready.... go to a 60-90 minute workout at the gym, have a shower and head straight to work... Impossible, right... NOT... I tell the man at the reception, "if I go out I will never come back, I want to subscribe for one month and see how it goes..."

Impossible is nothing... today I did it... feeling fresh... The shower was a disaster, water was cold... well not cold somewher in between... but I was 10 minutes earlier today my punctuality is redefined...

Everytime I remember the shower, it feels like the mistake of a lifetime...

A father slaps his kid in public! What do you do?

I read this post, by Sharkooseh... and it brought back a distinct memory of another incident I witnessed about two months ago in Mecca Mall...

It was in the expansion, a book fair was going on and the place was crowded when A young man slapped his 7 year old kid in the face, because the kid was shouting and crying... the poor kid just wanted to buy something... ughhh I remember the mother's face, unable to say anything just walking as fast as she could to catch up with the crazy husband... with a huge frown on her face...

The father was furious, his face completely red, grabbed his kid by the hand and dragged him behind as he walked away real quickly...

What should you do if you see such a thing?

This is how patient records are treated right next to the Administration building in a public Hospital, tells you a littel bit of how Administration really works... Very interesting way of keeping patient records...

As if you can't think of a million better things to do with patient records, by the way they are not that old, I spotted 2002 on one of the records out on the asphalt...

So, if you want to destroy them, you can always, shred and send for recycling, that's at least environment friendly and costs nothing... There is a recycling spot just by power hut... I keep forgetting the name of that committee...

I'm sure the administration didn't know about the rise in Gas Cylinders prices to 9.9JD's this morning... Burning them would be creative with all the fuel crises we are having today...

Or why don't you just give it to the patient and keep an electronic copy or something... anything, just not keeping them like that... call me a freak but I would like to keep my medical history a bit more private...

My TWO Ethical Dilemmas for this week!

1. If pirated software is an act of stealing, does that mean I should pay back a fortune to redeem myself for all the operating systems, games, videos, cassettes, utilities...etc that I have used during my life?

2. In almost every contract we sign with a company, there is the almost impossible paragraph on secrecy that is binding even after termination of contract; you know the one about not releasing any technical, financial, marketing...., in short any information gained during work at the company. Is this even possible?!? I mean, once you quite your old work and move on, the experience you have gained is definitely technical, financial, administrative...etc. That's why you're being hired in the first place for your experience!!! how can you keep it secret or not use it and educate people that are under you?!

Why Islamic Banking is not so Islamic in Jordan?

Speaking of Islamic Banks, the word "Islamic" should be fairly simple to comprehend, anything that is Islamic would involve "helping people go to heaven". But I guess this is only my naive understanding and it is definitely not shared by the board members of current Islamic banks/financers in Jordan. They probably think of all the Shari'a compliance regulations, they look so closely that they overlook the core essence of Islamic teachings.

Now if the nature of an institute is commercial I can understand that all you care about is getting as much money as you can with the lowest risk on planet earth, while taking advantage of people's beliefs.

So why would all "Islamic" Financing Institutes in Jordan, charge the highest rate, ask for down payments of 40% (20% if you are connected -wasta-) and must have two Government/Public Shareholding Company Employees to act as loan sponsors (one if you are connected -wasta-)!?

Having too many complications is toooo much and I just hate it. I would probably not approach a bank in the first place if I had that 20-40% of the apartment value in the first place!

Let's check other banks that are not Shari'a compliant (not Islamic), hmmm ok they will only ask for a salary transfer through their bank!? No down payment and no loan sponsors كفلاء...

After many attempts, men and women who originally sought Islamic financing usually go for other banks, where they are received with open arms and a touch of mint!... diving into an open War with the skies above for years and years to come...

يا أيها الذين امنوا اتقوا الله وذروا ما بقي من الربا إن كنتم مؤمنين فَإِنْ لَمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْبٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلا تُظْلَمُونَ (البقرة 278-279)

Translation from the holy Koran :278. "O ye who believe! Fear Allah, and give up what remains of your demand for usury, if ye are indeed believers. 279. If ye do it not, Take notice of war from Allah and His Messenger. But if ye turn back, ye shall have your capital sums: Deal not unjustly, and ye shall not be dealt with unjustly."

If those Islamic banks were truly Islamic, would they in a million years divert seekers of heaven to a war with God and His Messenger! Would they complicate the matter to the point that willing customers who are more than eager to deal with them would turn to non-Islamic banks?

Don't they understand the simple fact that they pave the way to hell for everyone that is turned away!

It's OK to have an eye on commercial success but having all eyes on it and taking advantage of people because they have no other option is NOT Islamic, to say the least.

In spite of all the bitterness I feel everyday when I look at friends who deal with non-Islamic banks because it was too complicated or too expensive, still at the end of the day, some people will go to "Islamic" Banks in Jordan simply because they have no other choice...

Placing beliefs above everything else is not easy, and "Islamic" banks in Jordan are not making it any easier but is a must especially when it comes to the food your family will eat, the cloths they wear and the roof that stands above their heads.

As far as most religious people are concerned, it is non-negotiable and never will be, Islamic banks in Jordan are to an extent the lesser of two evils...

The day will come when a competitive True Islamic Bank will open in Jordan, a bank that cares for the people... not for what's inside their pockets, for helping them avoid what is against their beliefs, when that day comes, personally, I will not wait for the counter offers of our pathetic current "Islamic" banks in Jordan and will do my best to have everyone bail out of the so-called Islamic Banks in Jordan. Till that day comes, keep crunching on those embers (burning stones).

Who Sane's Investigation 97 Days and counting

Looking back at the Tragedy that touched the heart of Jordanians in general and bloggers in particular on Sep 07. The Minister of Health stated that a thorough investigation was underway (it was stated on 11 Sep 07) that is 97 days old today.

The director of Prince Hamza Hospital was relieved from his post. This is a good thing, but it's not enough actions should be based on the results of the investigation.

If we fire the director of every establishment that has such mistakes will this solve the problems at hand and what about the other careless employees?!

It seems that the investigation is heading for Scenario (3)

Follow up is due and it ain't over till the fat lady sings...

التكبير والتهليل والتحميد: لما ورد في حديث ابن عمر : "فأكثروا فيهن من التهليل والتكبير والتحميد". وقال الإمام البخاري رحمه الله: "كان ابن عمر وأبو هريرة رضي الله عنهما يخرجان إلى السوق في أيام العشر يكبران ويكبر الناس بتكبيرهما". وقال أيضاً: "وكان عمر يكبر في قبته بمنى فيسمعه أهل المسجد فيكبرون ويكبر أهل الأسواق حتى ترتج منى تكبيراً". وكان ابن عمر يكبر بمنى تلك الأيام، وخلف الصلوات وعلى فراشه، وفي فسطاطه، ومجلسه، وممشاه تلك الأيام جميعاً، والمستحب الجهر بالتكبير لفعل عمر وابنه وأبي هريرة. فحريٌّ بنا نحن المسلمين أن نحيي هذه السنة التي هُجرت في هذه الأيام، وتكاد تُنسى حتى من أهل الصلاح والخير بخلاف ما كان عليه السلف الصالح.

أيامنا هذه التي أقسم بها الله في سورة الفجر {وَالْفَجْرِ(1) وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ(2)} أيام للخير فيها أمر عجيب فقيل هي خير أيام السنة لحديث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : «ما من أيام العمل الصالح فيها أحب إلى الله من هذه الأيام - يعني أيام العشر - قالوا: يا رسول الله، ولا الجهاد في سبيل الله؟ قال: ولا الجهاد في سبيل الله، إلاّ رجل خرج بنفسه وماله ثم لم يرجع من ذلك بشيء» [رواه البخاري]. كلما نظرت في هذا الأمر وجدت نفسي مقصرا

Should I buy Fuel for the Heater or An Air Conditioning Unit?

Today, Taliban is gaining control over 50% of Afghan land, "It is no longer a question of Will Taliban gain control Kabul? It's just a matter of when and how!"

So you think of investing in Jordan and want to have some basic numbers on Jordan's construction boom? Basic information that may open your eyes to the market size... What do you do?

You just want to know the Area licensed for construction? So you go to the Department of Statistics Website, guess what?

The most recent statistical report is 2 years old... hmmm, well OK lets try out the Ministry of Industry & Trade, sorry... no statistical information whatsoever... Well what about, the ministry of housing? No try again... OK The Jordanian Engineers Association!! Dhaaa, no wrong again... maybe they are banned from putting such sensitive info, ok lets check the Jordanian Contractor's Association NOOOO...

Well, what about the Municipality.... nopes.... I just want to know the size of the market, how many licensed square meters?!? Aghhhhhhh... I don't want to know what are the recent purchases made by anyone!!!

ok, at this point any investor with the IQ of a one year old will get it, this is NOT an INVESTOR FRIENDLY Environment and it's certainly not the IT heaven everyone is talking about... The information is outdated and oh by the way, why do some websites have the minister's photo at the home page with the name just under the photo!?!? What is the point of presenting this information at the home page? If I wanted to know I would have checked the staff department, if there was any? As a foreign investor, I would probably think, Too much bureaucracy, I guess... a one man show to say the least...

So as an outside investor, should I hire an agency to perform a study for the Jordanian market maybe send in the troops to study the market? A persistent investor will do that, a busy investor will not...

The truth is, Jordan's numbers are actually very promising, it is a country full of potential, it just doesn't seem like it for an outside investor... Ministries are simply not customer oriented, they don't show you what you need, they show you what they need to show! two very different concepts... sometimes they overlap and many times they don't...

Too many hurdles to cross, too much time to get the info you need, too many useless websites that will boast the achievements without providing any really useful information on what's going on at the moment...

Jordan is a great place to INVEST? it just doesn't look like it on the web!

خمسة آداب سريعة لعيد الفطر

لم أكن أعلم أنه من السنة أن تأكل تمرات وترا قبل الخروج إلى صلاة العيد (بالمناسبة: وتر هو العدد الفردي فالمعنى أن تاكل أي عدد فردي من التمرات: وحده, ثلاثة,خمسة...إلخ) , في الواقع لم أكن أعرف إلا النقطتين الأولى و الخامسة,و المعلومات منقولة عن موقع طريق الإسلام مع التصرف باختصار بعض النقاط

أولاً: الاستعداد لصلاة العيد بالاغتسال وجميل الثياب:
فقد أخرج مالك في موطئه عن نافع: «أن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما كان يغتسل يوم الفطر قبل أن يغدو إلى المصلى» (وهذا إسناد صحيح). قال ابن القيم: "ثبت عن ابن عمر مع شدة اتباعه للسنة أنه كان يغتسل يوم العيد قبل خروجه" (زاد المعاد 1/442). وثبت عنه أيضاً لبس أحسن الثياب للعيدين.

ثانياً: يُسَنُّ قبل الخروج إلى صلاة عيد الفطر أن يأكل تمرات وتراً:
ثلاثاً، أو خمساً، أو أكثر من ذلك، يقطعها على وتر؛ لحديث أنس قال: «كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لا يغدو يوم الفطر حتى يأكل تمرات، ويأكلهن وتراً» (أخرجه البخاري).

ثالثاً: يسن التكبير والجهر به - ويُسر به النساء - يوم العيد من حين يخرج من بيته حتى يأتي المصلى:
لحديث عبدالله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما: «أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يكبر يوم الفطر من حيث يخرج من بيته حتى يأتي المصلى» (حديث صحيح بشواهده). وعن نافع: «أن ابن عمر كان إذا غدا يوم الفطر ويوم الأضحى يجهر بالتكبير حتى يأتي المصلى، ثم يكبر حتى يأتي الإمام، فيكبر بتكبيره» (أخرجه الدارقطني وغيره بإسناد صحيح).

**تنبيه: التكبير الجماعي بصوت واحد بدعة لم تثبت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ولا عن أصحابه، والصواب أن يكبر كل واحد بصوت منفرد.

رابعاً: يسن أن يخرج إلى الصلاة ماشياً:
لحديث علي قال: «من السنة أن يخرج إلى العيد ماشياً» أخرجه الترمذي وقال: "هذا حديث حسن، والعمل على هذا الحديث عند أكثر أهل العلم، يستحبون أن يخرج الرجل إلى العيد ماشياً، وألا يركب إلا من عذر" (صحيح سنن الترمذي).

خامساً: يسن إذا ذهب إلى الصلاة من طريق أن يرجع من طريق آخر:
لحديث جابر قال: «كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا كان يوم عيد خالف الطريق» (أخرجه البخاري).

من هنأ أخاه في العيدين بقوله : ( تقبل الله منا ومنكم ) ونحو ذلك ، فله قدوة ببعض الصحابة فمن دونهم .. قد وردت آثار عن بعض السلف في ذلك ، منها الصحيح وغيره ، والمرفوع لا يصح .. ذكر ابن التركماني في الجوهر النقي حاشية البيهقي ( 3/ 320 – 321 ) ، قال : قلت : وفي هذا الباب – أي التهنئة بالعيد – حديث جيد أغفله البيهقي ، وهو حديث محمد بن زياد ، قال : كنت مع أبي أمامة الباهلي وغيره من أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ، فكانوا إذا رجعوا يقول بعضهم لبعض : ( تقبل الله منا ومنكم ) ، قال : أحمد بن حنبل : إسناده جيد . اهـ .

The Minaret Code! Deciphered :)

You can tell a lot just by looking at a minaret, at least you used to... when architectures actually knew what it meant. I had the chance to work with a very talented architectural engineer who pointed out a few things about minarets.

Here are some tips, the length of a minaret was based on the status of the one who built the mosque, if it was a man of sizable wealth, a district ruler (Wali), a minister (Wazir) or a caliphate. You can also know in which era the minaret was built and by which nation based on the cross section of the minaret.

The above picture is for Sultan Ahmed's Mosque in Turkey, If a minaret was built in the Ottoman era you'd call it a "Pen Minaret" مئذنة القلم, the minarets were built to resemble the shape of a pencil, sharply pointed from the top. It meant that science was held at the highest stature.

In the times of the first Islamic state, long before the Ottoman era, Mosques were not only a place for worship but a place for education "علم Elm" or "science"; science in religion and other worldly matters as well.

So I guess the message I was asking about in the previous post is clear, look closer at the Abu Qurah minaret and you will see that every part of the minaret is built in a different Architectural style... You can see the lower part has a cross section of a square, then you have a porch and the shape changes to Octagonal, you have another porch and the topmost part is round.

Each style is actually the way minarets were built in different Islamic Era’s the topmost part is the Ottoman architecture which is the last Islamic ruling. From the first Islamic times in Medina passing by the Omayyad dynasty in Syria, Abbasid era in Iraq and finally Ottoman rule in Turkey.

I read Abu Qura's minaret in one sentence,
“Different times and different places but all melts into one essence. “
