You have missed a lot if you haven't seen Professor Randy Pausch last lecture entitled "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams". Randy passed away on 25 Jul 08, he was diagnosed with liver cancer in mid 2007 and was told by his doctors that he had 3-6 months to live. He gave his moving "last lecture" on Sep 07 in Carnegie Mellon to students, colleagues, wife and most importantly his 3 kids. Watch every minute of it, it's worth it.
