I'll save you the details of my triumphant return after struggling for the last three days with a computer virus... The story is long and hectic but something good came out of it...

I discovered what millions before me have discovered, it worked when Norton didn't... an Antivirus that Works... its free and you can even update it regularly on the Internet with no fees...

For me it was a blessing...

i've been using AVG on my laptop for the past 2 years. never had to format nothing, never had to install anny additional crap, just AVG anti-virus and it's great. i personally recommend it to everyone.

Amzing how marketing works..WE know only Norton and Macafee and we think they are the best..and here comes a modest anti virus and we found its the best..Man, americans are only good at marketing.

here is an advantage that might be overlooked, although the free one doesn't install on servers, the free one is helpful in a corp. net since it doesn't require you to uninstall whatever you have already on your PC.
and it doesn't get hit by viruses that disable the antiver as often as symantec lets say.
but its so much nicer to have the full suite of something :D so i never ran it extensively but def. alot easier to deal with than anyother.

If you want to torture a man who has great passion for the history of Amman, all you have to do is take him to stroll down Jabal Amman and walk around the School that was built in 1947, the "Islamic Scientific College" It's wall once stood tall all around the buildings that constituted the architectural stamp of a different era. Jordan is still young, a country that is less than a hundred years, so when you talk about buildings that are 60 Years old. The first international football field , is no longer there, instead you will find the new buildings in this picture. Some of the most influential people in this country studied behind those thick walls. Including King Hussein, Ministers, Princes, Politicians, Opposition figures and many more.
